It was repaired on the same day, been informed after diagnose about the issue and price, and if I want to go ahead, I received a new car to loan on the day (paid for it). It took a while to get the appointment as it was busy and then it was the Christmas break. Overall, happy customer (wish the repair prices were lower)

all good. But I wished the coffee machine was working - the excuse for not having it due to Covid I think is a bit lame. All other garages I go to for servicing have reinstated refreshments.

I was searching for a Dacia Logan on line and saw a Dacia Logan at Fish Brothers. I made a enquiry on line and got an immediate call back from Eddie. He was very helpful providing me with further details on the car. After some discussion I paid a small deposit subject to the car being prepared and ready for a test drive. A few days later it was ready for testing having been serviced and MOT as agreed. Eddie was well prepared and we took the car for a test drive which was satisfactory. Eddie had all the documentation ready to complete the purchase as painless as possible. The whole process from beginning to end was very professional, it was also very amiable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Eddie and Fish Bros Mike Rooney

Bought a 2019 Sandero and a warning light came on over Christmas break . Rang and spoke to Kim who reassured me not a problem just a service light. Had car serviced. Picked it up all serviced, washed and valet. Brilliant experience as never had a main dealer service before. Wonderful team

Car went in for service. Drove away and heard a clicking noise turned out to be a cable tie stuck in tyre tread. No big deal but was told the car had been washed only to discover they hadn't bothered washing the roof?!?! Half a job as usual which I have come to expect from this dealership ☹ won't be buying from here again 😒

Customer service front store team are very friendly and helpful. My Apple play does not work on my radio system.. it was booked in for the radio system to be replaced and it took over a month for this part to come in and for fish brothers to contact me. It then got replaced and I was told it was all fixed and worked to then find out five minutes after connecting phone to car that it still does not work. They then said that the engineer said ‘the usb port did look a bit loose so we will change that’. If the port looked loose why did they not try this/mention this before. Now I am waiting again for the usb port to be delivered to fish brothers for that to be fixed.
