M. M.Was visiting Swindon from London on business for 2 weeks so this is not my local Dealership...but I really wish it was!
I had an issue with my car on the way to Swindon, the undertray fell off due to incompetence from my actual dealership as they didn't replace all the screws. The SEAT recovery guy was excellent and liaised with Fish Brothers and they agreed to fix my car and charge my dealership (too right!). Alison was brilliant, kept me informed and liaised with my Dealership. Unfortunately due to length of wait for the replacement part, it couldn't be done in the time I was at Swindon, so had to be referred back to my dealers. But even so, Alison was happy to arrange for me to come in to get the remaining part secured so it was safe for my journey home, and they even attempted to try and attach the damaged half, but it was too damaged.
They are so nice, friendly and straight forward that I'm even considering traveling from London to this place for when my partner is due a new car! And that's saying something! I would definitely recommend these guys for any SEAT/CUPRA owner. Thank you once again for the help and the chat.

Once this agreement ended I returned to Fish Bros again having had such a great experience and deal with them the first time around. Having had such a great driving experience with the Seat Ibiza I wanted to continue with this choice of car. Neil was fantastic with the arrangement of the new car (with short notice), talking me through all the additional options/cover available to me. I would recommend dealing with Fish Brothers for their level of care, something you aren't guaranteed with other leasing options available.
