Got a Nissan Terrano 2 from these guys a few weeks ago. Not their usual size or car. Decent trade in price on my old car and the Terrano was as described and is a great all round car considering it’s 22 year age! Great guys to deal with and I would definitely consider using again in the future even though they are a fair way from me in Portsmouth!

I had a great experience using Low CC Cars, which is highlighted by the service given my Kieran when compared with other bodyshops. I was looking for a car within a specific age, price-range and mileage, and looked around South Wales (where I currently live) and found a couple of other traders issuing the same car as what I eventually bought from Low CC Cars. I attempted to discuss costs with these garages, but they were either not very customer-friendly, unresponsive to messages, or charged extortionate rates for delivery (in one instance I lived about 10 minutes away and was quoted £50 delivery). I came upon Low CC Cars advertising the same make/model of vehicle as what I wanted, so I contacted the garage via email. Kieran responded almost instantly, and arranged a viewing for me for the following day. I drove an hour to and from the garage, and had an excellent time looking around. Kieran allowed us to view the car at our leisure, with no pressure at all, and was happy to allow us to test-drive the vehicle straight away. He promised to replace a light fixing on the back of the car that was cracked, and met my expectations with my Part/Ex vehicle. He was even kind enough to be honest about the price I could have got if I sold it, which was quite surprising and refreshing. I paid the deposit upfront, and Kieran advised he would fix the light, perform the MOT, complete an oil change and even deliver the car to us for free. I was blown away by the service. The only reason I am giving the review 4 stars rather than 5 is because it took a week for the car to be delivered, and there was a lack of updates for that week before delivery was arranged. I understand we are currently in COVID cooldown, so I was happy not to pester Kieran for daily updates. The car arrived in the condition promised, and the changeover was quick and easy. As I have only received the car today, I will leave another review if there are any further issues, but given the service so far, I expect only good things!

Low cc cars not only offer great value cars but also offer absolutely fantastic customer service! Both of my parents have brought 2 cars through low Cc's and both myself and my wife have also brought 2 cars from them. The customer service received from all members of staff, especially Kieran and Hector were second to none. They are friendly and informative and do not 'Pounce' on you when you arrive like most places do. They let you take your time and ask you to come get them if you require assistance. The cars are all mot'd and checked before you drive them away and so far have been very very good quality cars. On one vehicle we had a couple of small issues with the heat shield where it kept dropping. It was absolutely no trouble at all when we spoke to Kieran who offered to sort it in which he did straight away free of charge 100% Will definitely be going back if we require any more vehicles

Bought a BMW Z4 they put it through mot failed undertook all work. They then noticed one window motor playing up so replaced with new. Collected car all good very easy to work with polite friendly and professional would not hesitate to use again

Friendly, Reliable and Helpful service. Brought a Vauxhall Zafira. Was ready for collection within days and fitted around us and other commitments. Keiran was extremely helpful and when I received a courtesy call a few days later I mentioned a tire that was fixed needed to be done again. Kieran offered to pay and transferred the funds directly into my account. He wasn't asked to and felt like he was going the extra mile. Will probably use again. 5 stars

What a different experience here to other used car places. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and give you the time to make the right decision. We got an amazing deal I am over the moon with my car. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Got a car from here a few months ago, good little runner as a stop gap, quite old but cheap to run with very low mileage for its age, had a misfire on it recently and couldn’t drive it and got it stuck in Devizes, being a four cylinder engine with a misfire it was almost impossible to get it back to Swindon. I called Low cc cars as it was still under its warranty, Kieran was extremely helpful and a nice guy to talk to, he arranged a flatbed to pick it up from Devizes and it was fixed the very next day, I would recommend low cc cars to anyone, this place is perfect for people buying a first car or in my case as a stop gap and the warranty has proven to be extremely useful in this case.
