Just bought a van from M4. Putting aside the vehicle itself as it was exactly as advertised, this was the best experience of buying a used vehicle I’ve had. My personal need was speed as my work van was stolen and I needed new wheels - quick. After I found the van online the evening before, I phoned at 07:30 to which someone answered and the van reserved. First step - ✅ By 15:30, the van was in my name and I’m driving back to Bristol. In that time, they pushed through the final AA checks for approval and the finance organised (I paid half upfront) so when I arrived, it was a case of taking her up the duel carriage way to make sure the diesel engine was fine at a high rev (70mph in 4th) and signing the paperwork. A point to mention, the company clearly offers a great culture to work in. Although the office is from what I could tell was all men, this was a very friendly environment and welcoming throughout for all. There was no sign at all of the cliche dodgy, pushy 2nd hand car dealer and the entire experience was a joy. My special thanks to Lee for making the process seem effortless and to Jason in the for organising the finance in one phone call.

I recently purchased a 2007 Mitsubishi Shogun from Mark Stevens at M4 Van & Minibus Sales and it was a very smooth and easy transaction. M4 don't normally sell cars but this particular Mitsubishi had been taken in as a part-exchange. I had spent some considerable time searching for a suitable Shogun and settled on M4 because the car was well-priced, in good order with a full service history. Mark ensured it had a full MoT prior to collection and I was pleased that the car went through a thorough AA inspection. Mark was very easy to deal with, a true professional and made the transaction trouble-free. He came with me on good test run which allowed me to try the vehicle in urban, rural and dual-carriageway environments. Mark offered me a decent part-exchange on my existing car although because of circumstances, I didn't need to take that up. When I collected the car, Mark even collected me from the railway station (I had travelled up from Bristol) and offered me a number of payment options and I was able to pay by credit card. The car was prepared to a very high standard. I have since shipped the car to the Falkland Islands where I hope it's off-road capabilities will stand up to the tough terrain. I have no hesitation in recommending M4 Van Centre and Mark Stevens in particular.
