And Jon will go out his way to assist with any concerns if you had any even. The level of peace of mind is brilliant. They thoroughly go through their vehicles before releasing for sale and they really deliver satisfactory with high standards. For me that’s a quality company that l feel confident purchasing from and most important they are local. The other great advantage with Novo is they don’t badger you to purchase, they leave you to decide and you take the car for a test run with no annoying rip off sales tactics. Jon isn’t that type of chap. He lets you decide and the car should naturally do the talking anyway if it’s what your after. You cannot beat honesty and trust from a dealership and there aren’t many around these day. Oh before l forget, you get lengthy warranties 18 months which again is perfect. So far lm a very happy customer indeed.

Had a pump leak when we got home but novo looked after us with a courtesy car whilst they fixed the leak. Returned the vw the next day very satisfied with the quick turn around! Great communication from the staff and very friendly.
