The environment is professional with a great energy and all of the staff are friendly and interesting. As a female buying a sports car, I get treated with respect and never made to feel like I have no idea about cars! This is a really good organisation and the Swindon Centre is a credit to its management! J. L.Doing a distance purchase is not always easy. In fact invariably it is difficult and fiddly because of the inspection, paperwork but ultimately some amount of trust that things are done satisfactorily and right. Jay Morris at Porsche Swindon inspired my trust and impressed me with his professionalism, patience and thoroughness. If only all staff folks are trained as such and have his touch and sensibility. I would highly recommend that management consult with Jay on why and how things went well here and use it quite possibly as a case study on how customer interaction and experience should go.
