I drove down from Birmingham to S & R Motors in Swindon to view a car I had seen on the Auto Trader, and it was hands down the best car buying experience I've received to date. I was warmly welcomed and left to look over the car with the keys in hand. I even went on the test drive alone, which I've never experienced before in all my time in buying cars. Time alone on the test drive really makes all the difference. I felt relaxed and most of all trusted. I got to experience the car in my own time and pace without feeling under pressure from a salesman or woman sitting beside me. After the test drive i met and spoke with the owner of the dealership about a part exchange against the car i went to view, and he agreed to give me exactly what i wanted for my car in fact i got an extra £500 to bring the down finance to meet my budget. They even included a 12-month warranty. Lee and Darren were also fantastic; they were extremely helpful. We worked out a finance package, applied for it there, and then, and once accepted, I left a small deposit and agreed to collect my new car at a time and date convenient to me. A great bunch of guys with a great selection of cars on site well worth the long drive there and back. I highly recommend S & R Motors for your next new used car purchase.

S&R have been great. Bought a vauxhall insignia which although at the bottom end of their range the service has been first class. Purchased the car and after a week started loosing power. Friendly staff, no forceful selling, let you look around without being intimidating. We had covid a few days after agreeing to buy the car and Darren was very understanding. The car was spotlessly clean and ready and waiting for us to pick up when we was well enough to do so. The young lad in the office was very nice too. Recently bought an Audi A3. Cannot fault the laid back sale process or the excellent condition of the car. I was handed the keys to inspect and test drive the car unaccompanied before putting any money down. Any information was presented upon request and questions answered helpfully with no pressure to buy. When knit picking I found a few minor cosmetic marks on the wheels and the dealer immediately offered to have the issue sorted. When collecting the car they filled it up free of charge so I could drive it home. If a car they are selling catches your eye, test drive it and get a great deal.

Recently purchased a lovely estate from S&R. Should you buy a used car from S & R?? YES YOU SHOULD. From the initial approach by email to the follow up call, the (unaccompanied) test drive, the servicing of the car, the new MOT, right down to "fixing" the advisory on the MOT (front brake pads), new tyres (which I believe were not actually needed) and then to my request to put £20 of fuel in before delivery - yes delivery! - the fuel was put in at no cost to me. My husband is absolutely delighted with the vehicle and we are both mightily impressed with the service. Well done guys, you did yourselves (and us) proud!!!!!!

A Very Solid & Consistent 5 Stars I purchased my 4th vehicle from S & R Motors Greenbridge 3 months ago, and again I am pleased to report that not only am I pleased with the car, but the service and after service I received was tremendous. If there’s a problem with the vehicle (which on a used vehicle, could very much be the case), there is never an issue with reaching a mutual agreement on how to resolve the matter. Sometimes I would expect to resolve the issue myself, and sometimes I expect the seller to resolve the issue. I never expect anything in life for free but I expect to be treated with respect and that is what I always get from S & R Motors Greenbridge. I get treated like I would treat any other customer and that is all anyone could ask for. I did not buy anything YET but I want to leaves a review for Lee one of the sale guys. On Monday 20th December I dropped my car to the garage on recovery truck and as I was unloading a car one off the ramps came out out off the lock and my car drop it on the front bumper and it was just hanging on it with front wheel in the air. Lee came out off no where and helped me build a ramp out of pallets and we got it back on the recovery ramp. I just could not thank him enough for helping me out. Thank you again.

Recently purchased a Mazda 6 from S & R Motors and I have to say the whole experience was very pleasant. From the friendly staff to the aftercare offered as well, spot on. They ensured the car was fully serviced and MOT'd the day before collection. The car was cleaned inside and out and presented well, upon inspection there was some cosmetic damage to the paintwork of the car, however S & R Motors had it into the paintshop within a week and had everything rectified. Bought a Honda HRV of S&R Motors recently, as my 2006 VW had failed its MOT and it was genuinely time to upgrade. Had no previous dealings with Motor Traders and was dreading it as I was absolutely clueless about cars and what I wanted, and you also hear some horror stories about Traders. I went to S&R Motors and it really was the best decision I ever made. What an amazing experience from start to finish with S&R Motors. Extremely polite and knowledgable team, and the best thing was there was absolutely no pressure to buy and they were genuine and honest with their help and assistance in guiding me through chosing my car. Top rate service from Anees and his team, who have been amazingly helpful from start to finish, and who I can't thank enough as they have made the experience so easy for me. I know someone that worked in the design team for Honda and he saw the car and told me I had a bought a really great car and 'had a got a bargain' - and I paid full price!! Everyone that has seen the car is so impressed with it. I am disappointed to read some of the poor reviews, which could put people off. I am glad I didn't read them as honestly this is clearly not the experience that I have had with them. I know where I will be going when I need to buy another car. They showed me around and gave me suggestions on which vehicle would be suitable within my price range and for my needs. I cannot fault the service. I do not normally buy from dealers but the whole process was easy and unpressured. Arrived to view the car. It was nice to see they had not got it out to warn up so I could start from cold. We were given the key so we could look around totally unpressured and take our time in peace. Again I test drove with my partner alone, and were able to chat how we felt about the car. Negotiated a deal, new MOT on the car the very next day and they even paid my taxi from the station to pick the car up :-) I cannot fault the service from start to finish. I purchased a Hyundai IX35 from S&R in July 2020. We were left to look over the vehicle in our own time which included a good test drive time. I feel the car was as advertised honestly. We negotiated on a price which included work on a few points raised when viewing (replacement front tyres, repairing electric sunroof, checking remote key fobs.) These points were all rectified upon collection a few days later and they even put on branded tyres (Uniroyal) as I requested. A fault with the keyless entry system in the vehicle did occur shortly after purchasing, however this fault does appear to be a common issue with this model vehicle. I’m pleased to say their after sales support was good and happily assisted with the matter which was resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend them!

I didn’t purchase the car i viewed in the end, but i can still highly commend this dealer. having tried a E 220 Mercedes and happy to part ex. my older E Mercs, i gladly left a deposit to purchase. Unfortunately, a few days later, my wife who has extreme arthritis had to take morphine and had to stop driving. Hence she could not get into my car and i had no choice but to use her 4X4 Rav.to drive her around. It obviously made no sense to continue with the purchase of the newer E class especially after the NHS quoted her 12 months for a knee replacement.I contacted S& R Motors who were very understanding and have released 50% of my deposit. I can not recommend higher, they made buying the car I wanted simple, small amount of work to be done tyres and warning light, warning light came back in after a week they picked up the car dropped me a hire car and then dropped it back it’s ( hour each way ) they responded very quickly to my emails I could not have asked before so thank you and see you in a few years for sure.
