M. M.Fantastic service. I have a 2007 Colt Cabriolet. The drivers side window was no longer operating correctly, it didn’t go back to the top on closing. On investigation by their top tech (Jon) a new window motor was required. This part is no longer available in the UK. I sourced the part on the internet and the garage fitted it. Window and roof working perfectly. Thank you Peter and Jon! Brilliant service at a great price. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was trading my car in against another used car but the night before I was due to change someone stole the catalytic converter off my car. They still honoured the deal, repaired the car and recovered the cost from my insurer. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to buy a car and has restored my faith in human nature.

L. A.Took my Subaru which was supplied elsewhere for 2 safety recalls to Simpsons who are much nearer . Well found the staff extremely welcoming and while they had the car they did a free Subaru winter check. All done efficiently in an hour and a half. Will be using them onwardly for servicing.

C. F. (. F.I rang the parts department as I was looking for a part for our L200 warrior. I had no idea what the part was called and it seemed like a really obscure item. I spoke with Jason and sent him a photo of said item. He emailed a diagram of similar parts, but it didn’t look as if this was the correct part. He has phoned me today to say he hopefully has the correct parts and we’ve arranged for them to be posted to us as we’re not local. What a credit to the company, Jason has gone out of his way to find this part for us and has been most helpful and pleasant throughout and for something of very little monetary value! Nothing was too much trouble, so a big “Thankyou” Jason for all your help.

A. Q.Had my car MOT'D there this week which passed with a couple of advises (small windscreen chip and rear brake pads low.) I was aware of both of these as they were advised when it was serviced elsewhere. They offered to price up replacing the brake pads and it worked out nearly £40 cheaper than the Ford main dealer I use. I got them to replace them there and then. I will be taking it back there for its next service when its due.

J. S.Always had excellent service from the team at Simpsons. They may be slightly more expensive than your back street garage, but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Saying that they did just price match a pair of tyres for my Audi which saved me time and money travelling to Swindon. Keep up the good work!!
