Excellent experience from start to finish. Delt with James and every step of the way he was great. He even drove 4.30 hours to deliver the car for me as I had a operation and couldn’t drive and it was a Sunday ! Absolutely love the car and would Recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new car.

I first spotted an Audi A7 on auto trader down at Simpsons in Whitney, I contacted the dealership and James was extremely helpful, we spoke on the phone and text even after hours and he even chased up the finance company off his own back too, to help the process along!!! The car itself the pictures (although stunning) didn’t do the car justice is was even better in real life. On handover again James went out of his way to come in on and off shift to fill in the paperwork and see me off happy in my new motor. After nearly two years of searching, this weekend I picked up my car from Simpsons Subaru Oxford. My search took a while mainly due to the pandemic but also due to the poor quality customer service I received from other used car dealerships. The minute my family and I pulled into Simpsons we knew we were onto a good thing. The car was ready and waiting on the forecourt and looked excellently prepared for sale, we had a friendly welcome from James who had already come in on Sunday for us and was very knowledgeable about the car and any questions we had. Communication in the week between putting a deposit down and collecting the car was good and David went through all paperwork with us the following week and went through everything on the car (very helpful as it was a lot newer than I'm used to!) I could not fault anything and will recommend Simpsons Subaru to anyone looking for a new car! Thank you!

Thought I’d take a moment to express my gratitude to Simpsons but especially David. Although a Subaru dealership, they had a lovely used 2018 Nissan Qashqai for sale. Initial contact was made whilst I was in Cyprus asking a few questions, David responded very efficiently and comprehensively, fully understanding our requirement and alleviating any worries we had. Car buying made simple at Simpsons Subaru in Hailey. A change to company car policy meant I needed to purchase my own car. Called in on spec on a Saturday morning and met James. No hard sell just good customer service. Answered all my questions to allow me to make a decision between buying brand new or nearly new. Explained Subaru Finance option but again no hard sell so I could decide how it was best for me to fund the purchase. I chose a brand new XV eboxer. Car delivered two weeks earlier than expected but again no pressure to complete purchase before later delivery date to fit in with return of company car - but I did as it is great to get a new car!! Would not hesitate to recommend friends go and see James at Simpsons if they are looking to buy a car.
