Their staff were very professional and were very fair when negotiating, and the dealership itself is impressive - very similar to a main manufacturer dealership.

k. c.Looking for a new car I found SR motor group online and liked a car they had on their website after speaking to Niaz I decided upon a ford kuga very nice car took for a test drive loved it so signed all the papers and away I went unfortunately the car developed a fault the next day so took it back. Niaz was extremely helpful and told me they would look into the issue in the meantime the gave me a car to drive. after a few day they gave me the car back. They said it must have been a loose connection so drove away within a couple of hour the car started doing it again so I took it back and said I am no longer interested. So Niaz told me I am more than welcome to have a full refund or I could choose another car. I decided I would choose another vehicle I chose a kia sportage Niaz said that I could take it for the weekend before I decided to have it or not. It ran brilliantly so went back Monday dealt with all the paper work and got a new car I was able to drive away again and bring it back Wednesday for a service and a fresh mot. They did a great job on the service no detail was left they checked everything gave me new discs and pads new tyres new plates,wipers and even replaced the condenser on the AC I cannot fault these guys they went out for their way to make me a happy costumer aspecailly would like to thank Niaz for all his help and advise I highly recommend these guys I could not have asked for more thanks again guys

B. I.Absolutely fantastic service. One thing I hate is pushy salesmen following you around and forcing a sale on to you. It puts me off going to forecourts. This company was fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, no pushy salesmen in sight, informative, in a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and would buy from them again in the future.
