New Swift caravan was well prepared and presented in a very professional way. All the staff were extremely helpful and the caravan exchange was well handled and completed in a relatively short time. Based on my recent experience could recommend this dealership.

As always, the service was excellent. They managed to do all the work and fit new tyres in a week. Delivering the caravan and collecting it again were extremely straightforward, and I was phoned about issues they had picked up. They even managed to fix a fault which they had told me couldn't be repaired.

Rang them up enquiring if the sold bulk head gas regulator. The lady who I spoke to knew what I needed and had cost at hand. As I was in a mess with no gas on my touring caravan on holiday in Gloucester. I drove over to Wiltshire to there shop where I meet the lady I spoke to on the phone she went right to the regulator as I was on my way back with in 5 minutes. Great service very helpful staff.

A really good experience. Salesman Lee was curteous and answered our question promptly and sincerely. Jack, who took us through the workings of the caravan was an excellent person for the job. Good place to look for caravan. New and used in stock. People friendly. In pictures you can see Bailey 2022 light weight (1200kg) 4 people caravan that would easy compete with new Swift Base camp range.

Collected new Adria caravan today - first caravan having previously had motorhomes. Sales team were great, and the handover even better...everyone on the site from sales to shop were friendly and helpful, but biggest shout out has to go to Jack who talked us through the operaton and hitching of the van, with some really useful practical tips. Van was really well prepped, and a couple of small things we had noted on viewing (but hadn't mentioned) had been sorted...cracking service and no hesitation in recommending Swindon Caravans...

We picked up our very first caravan on 30/7/22..Excellent handover and departed to Cirencester..Unfortunately the fridge failed to operate on electricity and Gas…A phone call to Ray, and later Phil in the workshops put our minds to rest…A minor mishap in the Caravan centre in the form of a puncture was also remedied with minimal fuss…Fridge was also sorted…Overall,excellent,professional service throughout especially from workshop managers…We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Swindon Caravan facility .

Caravan in for a service. As always, everybody I spoke to in the service department where brilliant. At Reception where I paid for my service, then the Workshop Manager who come over to talk me through the findings of the inspection and the need for some warranty work. Having looked at numerous websites for caravans, we finally chose Swindon Caravans. We drove to their site at Hook to check out a good selection of caravans of which three met our needs. She liked the Sterling Eccles, he liked it but had his eye on another( Caravan, not woman). We didn't choose that day, but having talked about we did go for the Sterling. From start to finish the service was great by everyone involved. When we picked up the caravan, the process was seamless, with a special mention to Jack who ran through everything in & on the Sterling. Along with all the employees, he was knowledgeable, amusing, polite & answered all our questions. I collected my 2nd hand caravan a few days ago. I was given my handover briefing by Jack from the despatch team. It was most thorough and covered every aspect of the ‘van. Jack was charming, well informed and patient. He answered my many questions and I felt that he would have gone on even longer if I’d needed more explanation or demonstrations. The caravan was in excellent condition and was immaculately clean and tidy. All of my welcome pack items were brand new and Jack had included a few small items that were not in the original list. I have had a water leak problem with a 2011 Swift caravan that I bought privately and it was returned to Swift for repair. The standard or repair was excellent and the help and assistance received from Swift and their dealers was second to none. So much so, that I had no hesitation in buying another Swift. This one I have bought from Swindon Caravans and have to say I have received outstanding service from Andy and Mark in Sales and the handover from Cliff was first class. To the customer who complained about water leaks in Swift caravans, I suggest he Google water leaks in other make caravans, he will find just as many complaints about them.
