J.Bought a 330d from Darren in TB used cars. Couldn’t recommend the sales process enough. Darren lets you get on with your own inspection and is always ready to answer questions if needed. He has a 0 pressure attitude, has no problems letting you properly test drive a car and is by far and away the most genuine and knowledgeable car dealer I’ve ever dealt with.
I had a mechanical query on the car and asked if I could have it inspected under the warranty. Spoke to Darren and it wasn’t a problem at all. Courtesy car was provided with no fuss, quick turnaround on the vehicle inspection carried about by a bmw specialist who knew everything on these motors. Aftercare was spot on, customer service attitude was excellent. Vehicle inspection was free under the warranty and was no imposition to Darren at all.
His cars are quality, he vets them himself to make sure he gets the right models and doesn’t sell lemons. Buy with confidence in the dealer and the vehicles. Cannot recommend enough.

After touring around Swindon looking at different used car lots and even main dealers we got the impression that nobody was actually bothered about trying to sell some of their Inventory let alone be helpful.
Mark at TB Used Cars was excellent, never once did we feel like we were getting the wool pulled over our eyes.
He told us all about the car we looked at, told us all about its service and some minor issues it had that they would put right before we bought it, let us take it on an extended test drive and best of all was willing to do a deal there and then at an honest an excellent price, not a rip off 2nd hand Frank Butcher price.
We did a part ex and drove away with a warranty and an excellent used car experience.
