I have to say upon entering the dealership I was unsure where the parts/service counters were, as it’s layout is a tad disjointed. However, a member of staff asked how they could help and directed me to the most helpful parts staff Victoria, she located the part I needed for my mothers car on her system. Unfortunately the part wasn’t a stocked item and had to be ordered, once the part arrived she emailed to notify me. A excellent customer service and better than the service I’ve ever received from other dealerships.

I've had a few issues with this dealer that are disappointing. Attention to detail has been poor too. However Parveen on the service desk is superb - friendly, professional and helpful. I've had to deal with the aftersales area manager, Pete Sears, due to a couple of issues and he too has provided excellent service and done everything he can to ensure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall despite the issues I've faced I am impressed with the customer service of this dealer and would recommend them to anyone.

After initial issues with the heating and air conditioning in the vehicle we purchased from Budgens, we have found that the response from the Management team fantastic, maybe in hindsight we should have responded to our initial issues in a more timely fashion. We were ensured that the service department had been looked into and improvements had been made in the last 6 months, this I can confirm seems to be the case, as personnel are more responsive. I can now say that the response to my initial issues is being dealt with professionally and eloquently, as even now I have had a couple of confusions (I am not remotely mechanical) and these points have been explained easily and efficiently.

I personally have had no time for Budgens of Telford, new Vehicle in April of 14, had loads of problems with it, but to be fair that's not Budgens fault but Citroen's, and i have taken it out on the servicing department, wrong of me because they did correct everything, anyway, during these high winds,my wife opened the driver's door and it was taken straight out of her hand causing the door to be misaligned, my wife took it in today explained what had happened and because i am disabled and the drivers door would not open, they fixed it straight away. Now the moral of the story is, Budgens are only a supplier for Citroen, they have no control over the makers of the vehicle's.
