Friendly and listening people. I had a simple AC fault that turned out to just be a need for refrigerant top-up. This was done at a very reasonable cost. Happy, and I'll go back to them when my PDK misbehaves or some other nasty problem like that happens, and review what happens ...

Absolutely first rate company. Steve, Adam and Kelly-Anne made the buying experience a really enjoyable one and when my car developed a minor issue with the water pump just after delivery I was astonished by how quickly things were sorted (the car was collected within two hours, fixed at no charge and delivered back to me two days later). Absolutely first rate customer service and their knowledge of all things Porsche is first rate. Most of all though, just really great people to deal with. If you are ever in any doubt when choosing an independent Porsche specialist look no further than these guys.

Bought a lovely 997.1 3.6 base Carerra from Adam and Steve at CMS Porsche. Must say they went beyond my expectations in bringing the car up to an excellent mechanical standard, even to the point of correcting items that an independent Porsche inspection had missed re a slightly cracked arch liner. Not a big item but shows the detail they went to re getting the car up to their standards. Coil packs were all replaced even though only one was slightly cracked. I was concerned about bore scoring so Steve arranged to do a borescope with me present....which was all totally clear as he'd said. If you're thinking about buying a car from CMS then Adam and Steve are totally trustworthy chaps in my opinion. First class and polite service from beginning to end, including after purchase queries.

Very personable staff in Adam, Steve & Kelly-Ann, I dealt mostly with Steve, his knowledge, skill set & good humour set him apart from other Porsche outfits. Though he works fast the end result is good or better. All they need now is a very high flagpole announcing where they are to be found on this large industrial estate. ps. We have just bought a 996 C4S from CMS. The whole experience was very good. We had looked at a car before Christmas that we rejected only because it didn't suit our needs. Adam came back to me with details of the car we eventually bought and gave us first refusal on it. All the work that we agreed would be done on it was done (plus one or two other points that they spotted when preparing it for us to collect). Collection was efficient and friendly and the drive home to Cheshire a delight. This was probably the most pleasurable car purchase I have ever made!

I've recently had the pleasure of buying my first ever Boxter 986 from CMS Porsche. Adam, who is a co-owner, manager and salesman, was my first contact. It's his knowledge, politeness and patience that inspired me to take the plunge and drive 150 miles to visit and see one of their cars. Adam answered all of my questions honestly and openly. He gave me plenty of time to fully road test the car. They even serviced, MOT'd + any repairs needed, and valeted the car. They went beyond expectations to make sure the car was fully mechanically and electrically operational and beautiful. Ray, Steve's father, even collected me from the local train station on delivery day and hosted me like a true professional. Steve, the Managing Director is a Guru when it comes to Porsche knowledge and experience as he was trained by Porsche and has worked on many. Oh, and their head mechanic John, is the best mechanic ever. He can fix anything and his attention to detail, and diligence at work is legendary. This magnificent small business looked after me from initial contact, all the way to post-sales support. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

We were specifically looking for a porsche boxter ... a blue one ... and we'd seen a few! All advertised as "fantastic condition for their age" but when we got there, they were anything but! The sellers were just that, sellers, and knew nothing of what they were selling. As a last ditch attempt and because we had nothing else to do we popped over to CMS Porsche to view another one. What a difference - Steve knew EXACTLY what he was talking about, didn't try to "sell" to us and was the friendliest most reasuring and helpful person we've ever bought a car from. The whole buying experience from start to finish has been fantastic not to mention the after sales service from both Steve and his son Adam. I have today taken delivery of my 997 from CMS in Telford and found Steve and Adam to be highly professional, knowledgeable and delightful to deal with. I have had other Porsche’s and have been waiting for a particular car for a while (gen 2 manual in guards red). I live near Leeds and had no prior dealings with CMS, but was prepared to travel nationally to get the right car. I phoned Steve when I saw the advert and he provided me with loads of details about the car and it’s history, as the car was known to him. I went to see the car on 2nd September and test drove it with Steve and again was very impressed with his vast knowledge of Porsche (having been trained by them). It was also abundantly clear to me that Steve doesn’t go near any vehicle he wouldn’t buy himself. There is also no sales flannel - just a straight assessment of the vehicle. We did the deal then and agreed the collection date to fit in with my schedule. Adam collected me and my son from the station this morning and expedited all the paperwork and after us looking at some of the other classics on sale, we headed back as delighted owners of a stunning car. I highly recommend CMS.

CMS Porsche are the people to buy a Porsche from! Adam and Steve are great blokes, honest and genuine, and so knowledgeable. I recently bought my first ever 986 Boxster after scouring Autotrader for months & visiting numerous other dealers around the country. After speaking to Adam @ CMS about a car that had just sold, he offered me first refusal on two other cars in stock. Doing the 300 mile round trip was indeed worthwhile (and the area is well worth a visit).The only difficulty was deciding between the two Boxsters, both beautiful cars.Once the decision was made (NO pressure tactics here,only excellent hospitality),deposit paid and collection date agreed, the car was perfectly prepared,MOT'd, and even more than the agreed work carried out. I was collected from the station by Steve, had a final test drive and was given a comprehensive handover, and then enjoyed a great drive back home.These guys know Porsches inside out,so by all means do all your research online, but then ask them for the real facts.Thanks to Adam,Steve and John in the workshop, I am absolutely delighted with my first ever Porsche, and plan to return to CMS next year for her next service.

What a great company this is. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic team that delivered exactly what was promised. I've always dreamt of owning a Porsche, but the the ridiculous prices that Porsche main dealers charge for servicing and repairs had always prevented me from making a purchase, until I heard terrific reports about a local (to me) Porsche specialist called CMS, which has been established for more than 20yrs, looking after Porsche and other exotica owners. Upon visiting CMS and meeting Steve & Adam, I was filled with confidence, so much so that I took the plunge and purchased my dream car! A 996 Carrera. Comfortable in the knowledge that I had found a Specialist practically on my doorstep, that seemed, much like Ronseal, could do what it said on the tin! They have not let me down! The guys at CMS gave me guidance in purchasing the right car and advised me what to look for. Since purchasing my car (privately) a couple of years ago, CMS have been servicing it and have carried out some small repairs required along the way. All jobs undertaken have been done so quickly and with great communication from the team. I am always amazed at their level of knowledge and experience with these cars and how happy they are to share their wisdom! I have never had to chase them and all pricing has always been clearly explained, with no surprises in-store come collection! If you live in the W.Mids region and own a Porsche of any vintage, I can highly recommend CMS and their services! 11/10!

Just fantastic service from Steve at CMS Porsche - can't recommend highly enough. I made an enquiry about a Boxster bumper, and Steve responded within a couple of hours despite being on holiday!, and promised to put it aside for me. On his return he kept in touch about when I could get it as it hadn't been taken off the car at that point. He asked a very fair price and sent quickly, and was as described so couldn't ask for a better service. Will definitely use again if I need any Porsche parts in the future.

Steve, the owner, will go out of his way to make sure that you are provided with information about your car whether it is for a minor service or something more significant. Prices are also very reasonable. I just can't fault them.

After one email enquiry to CMS Steve and Adam responded back within hours and arranged to collect my car. They gave me a full itemised breakdown on what was required and also chased further discounts on parts in which I will add, they passed on. Recently Purchased a Porsche Boxster and not knowing very much about these cars I was after a Specialist not to far from Stoke on Trent and boy did I find one . From my initial call to Steve to collecting my Car it was a stress free experience infact very freindly like i had been using cms for years. I had a major service done and other work which steve advised me to have done and when I collected the car it drove as if I had a new engine in her . I can highly recommend CMS Porsche following an extensive investigation and diagnostic into my Boxster S and some running troubles following the appearance of the engine warning light, plus the breaking up of the ignition switch which left me immobile. The proprietor, Steve Peel, was consistently helpful with follow up and advice when asked and was never too busy to do a thorough job. His hourly rates are extremely reasonable, given the type of vehicles he looks after and I will be using his services in the future. My fathers Porsche 964 had a heating problem he took it to various Porsche specialists who said the problem was the heater control unit. to fix this it would of cost upwards of 1500 pounds Cam Porsche found out the problem which ended up being a fuse. 1 hours labour.
