Review worth reading... I am almost 150miles away, bought Vivaro from EVO and there were good reasons for it! Customer service excellent,quick email responses, then WhatsApp. Before I committed to travel, and “see” the van wanted to have confidence to what I was looking to buy. I asked for a walk around video with engine started cold. Not a problem, and received more than expected. Good walk around with zoom to details what guys were aware off. Nothing to hide. Asked for scans on paperwork and service history... again, not a problem. Good conversation all questions answered in professional manner. Paid deposit, MOT booked and done. Also due to travel back, 150miles I asked if guys could check wheel balance and tracking. Again, done, and nice surprise, no additional cost. (One whee was actually of balance). Drove back, all tip top, no hassle, safe and comfortable. Additional advantage is, they keep their vans indoors, dry and you can have a proper look around, so no excuses for rainy days. Last to add, I traveled by train, got picked up, very smooth transaction. Thank you, Well done and keep it this way!

I bought a high mileage Mercedes Sprinter from Evo early last year and have waited to see how things went and feel I can now write an honest buyers review. I saw the van on the net called and spoke with Harry on the phone and called in cold to to see the vehicle 2-3 times, each time there was no pressure sales just handed the keys to have a look around, eventually went on a test drive liked it so I bought it , the van has since covered over 110,000 miles in my ownership and has been a great purchase, I have since been back looking for a second van and will have no hesitation in buying from Evo again should they have the vehicle I want.
