While on holiday started the day with the car telling us that the key 🔑 fob battery needs replacing and the car has a stop start function so a quick Google maps and a phone call and we where there before the service centre shut for the weekend. Very friendly and professional staff and made the situation easily overcome. Would definitely recommend this company. 👌

Dealt with Mitchell throughout and I can wholeheartedly recommend him. Fantastic service from the parts department. Came in looking for a washer for a sump plug and was given a new sump plug and washer, this was paid for by the dealership. Great customer service wasnt waitng long I forgot the guys name but a nice chap and decent guy. 10/10 would use again.

Booked a test drive a week back to drive the new Enyaq ev. Never any bother to book and Jaime kept me informed and what was reqd of me to bring along. Arrival 10 minutes early so was shown the show room version. Not a bother at all. Great conversation and informative. The test vehicle arrive on time was shown the basics( I've experience of EV and I drive an Automatic ICE car). Went off for trip around Telford car was a dream, responsive and QUIET. On my return handed the keys back and little chat to confirm lead times and such. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would of. Faintree Skoda is a place to go see and discuss your next new vehicle. I can only talk from my experience of dealing with the staff on a professional level. I find the members of staff that I deal with on a regular basis are well conversant with the vehicles they have in their stock. They are polite and attentive to you in conversation and leave no question unanswered.

The salesman remembered my name from a year ago when I took my car in to be serviced...how good is that. Car was washed and vacuumed post service and all handled in smooth and professional manner. We Purchased a 2015 Yeti L&K from Faintree and had issues with water ingress into the footwell within the first few weeks. They spent a serious amount of time trying to resolve the problem over about 14 months, replacing sunroof cassette, seals, carpets and anything else that could possibly be causing the problem, unfortunately for all with no success in the timescale we were prepared to accept. I must point out that Faintree went above and beyond to try to sort this for us, the same cannot be said for Skoda UK who seem less than supportive. Finally after we called time on trying to get it sorted we spoke with Paul who offered to take the car back at the price we paid, no one can say fairer than that. We subsequently did a deal with Paul and purchased an ex demo Karoq Edition 4x4, fabulous car with a very high spec. We would definitely go back to Faintree, the service we received was second to none, and Alex, Colin and Paul have been exceptional.

I found everyone to be extremely helpful, In a short time I was test driving the exact car I had in mind. I have found them always a brilliant company to deal with. So pleased with the Skoda Rapid I bought a few years ago. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Never feel they try to pressure customers into spending more than required. I am disappointed that the literature they send out is on plastic covered paper which is not recyclable. Come on Faintree up your game on this one.

Car taken to Faintree for it's first service. Staff are pleasant and helpful, however I did come away post the service with a new niggles, which I'll pick up at it's next service. 1. The car was hoovered out prior to me having it back, but they only hoovered around the mats, not the stones and bits underneath - may as well have not bothered really. 2. I asked for my door sills to be looked at too as they were holding onto water, which when you opened the door meant a puddle of water would drop onto the floor. This was not looked at.

I have been a customer of Faintree Garage since 1988, when it was based at Faintree; it then moved to Bridgnorth and now Telford. I have purchased 6 new Skodas and 2 used car since then, and have always received excellent service, both in the purchase of the cars, subsequent servicing and the (very few) repairs that have been needed. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and this high standard of customer service, plus reliable cars, is what has retained my loyalty to the garage, and Skoda, for over 30 years. I purchased my latest car, a Fabia Estate, 4 years old but like new, in May 2021. I achieve 60 mpg on a good run, and smooth, comfortable motoring at all times, having already covered 5,000 miles. Many Skoda dealerships have come, and mostly gone, in the past three decades in Shropshire and Staffordshire; Faintree Garage has stood the test of time, and I can recommend it unreservedly.

Another fantastic experience from Faintree Skoda. This is now the 4th time we have brought a vehicle from Faintree (our first time from their Telford premises). In the past we have always had excellent service and this time was no exception. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly with Mollie & Paul staying after normal closing time so we could test drive the cars we were interested in - including Paul's own Octavia VRS. I did in fact part exchange a Black Range Rover Sport for a new Octavia vRS, which I read on the reviews, someone had mistakenly assumed the manager owned! I am sorry their experience of Faintree Skoda wasn't as good as ours, it's a pity they have black marked a good business based upon an erroneous assumption.
