Picked up a few car parts for my Vauxhall Astra. I looked online and called to check the price in-store and they were similar. Very large forecourt with new and old cars. They always have offers on a few of the cars and you pick up a decent one if you search around all the cars.

My new van arrived yesterday, and I’m absolutely delighted with it! Being that I’m over 150 miles away from Telford, I was obviously unable to see my vehicle before purchasing it. The service received today from Greenhous Trench was nothing short of exemplary. My daughters car developed a fault just as she was due to leave for University, the whole team looked after us so well and went above and beyond to help us out of a pickle. Thank you all and I would say if anyone is considering purchasing a car go to Greenhous, it is not until you have a problem that you realise how important good old fashioned customer service really is.

Great customer experience, although a little confusion over a new cars features. Turns out they were wrong about the functionality, which took me on a wild goose chase to try and find the feature somewhere else.

Overall experience was ok prices was reasonable however when ordering a product I was informed it was going to be there the next day upon going to the store the doors was closed however employees was still in the building it being a Saturday should have still been open when returning on Monday morning I was told the part had not yet arrived I would not arrive until the following day despite I was told it was going to be there on the Saturday morning yet the doors was closed some Monday had come and then I had to wait until Tuesday 4 days I had to wait to get a part I was told was going to be in the next day first thing in the morning taking time off work to collect the part is not my idea of good customer service for I had to take off more than just the one day to collect the part!

Their services and customer relation was on point. I got my car fixed and haven't experienced that fault since. I recommend to all.

After purchasing a relatively cheap second hand Vauxhall Insignia I was reluctant to use a main dealer as usually they are over priced and usually not interested if you have an older vehicle not purchased direct from them. I have to say that Greenhous have proved me wrong in every way so far. I can not fault the service I have received and their pricing has been very competitive. Today their service department have assisted me with a faulty key and I have only paid for the replacement battery. I will not hesitate to bring my car here for any work and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I dealt with steve from car sales he was absolutely brilliant, no hard sell he just made me feel relaxed ,very helpful and full of knowledge about the cars, after about 45mins i decided to buy a crossland x from him.

Ok,this garage is a main dealer,ok you might bring your car in at 8am but that's not a promise that it will be done first thing.they may have cars carried over from the night before which has priority over your car.there maybe waiting appointments which will go in first.normally bigger services and MOT tests I would assume get priority.not the end of the world if you have to wait in a warm showroom with drinks being provided.treat car dealership's like A+E they no you're there just a case of waiting or go elsewhere.
