The staff at JT Hughes Telford Honda were good because of excellent service throughout. Jack, the salesman is a very nice young man who was faultlessly efficient. Also thank you to Phil the service manager who was able to solve a minor problem with the steering wheel adjustment on the car by phone. I bought a used car for my son, and we are more than happy with it.

I'd endorse JT Hughes Telford Honda because the whole experience was quick and easy. My wife and I were looking to replace our manual CR-V with an automatic HR-V. Within 5 minutes we'd spotted exactly what we were looking for - the only automatic HR-V on the books! Paperwork (finance not required) took a few minutes then we collected a few days later. Since then we have had a problem with a cracked windscreen that was virtually invisible to us, but was replaced with no argument from Sean, our friendly salesman. All in all an excellent experience.

JT Hughes Telford Honda were great because the staff are very friendly. But I felt fobbed off when taking my car in for squeaky brakes and a condensed rear light lens. I purchased the car brand new from them in July 2021 and was told that brake squeak is normal and also condensation in the rear light lens is normal.

Visited the dealer yesterday for a safety bag recall. Booked in and all went well, job completed in the appointed time. The dealer kindly completed a free off ramp check. All clearne check, however I noticed that they had not actually checked my tyres accurately. Whilst the check is free, you would think a dealer would still apply some accuracy and actually look at the tyres fitted. They appear to just take the default value from new or on their database, which makes a mockery of the check. The report showed the tyres as 185/55/16 all season when in fact they are 175/60/15 on genuine Honda alloys. 02/12 I am not overly concerned, just that attention to detail should be par for the course.

Labour rates are high. Recent MOT missed low rear pads due to seized pads. Service menus have changed resulting in higher charges if spark plugs are required.
