I would fully recommend Dan to anyone who needs a car. He is professional, knowledgeable and doesn't apply any hard pressure, sales tactics. My car from Dan was prepared to a very high standard, with an excellent warranty package. Well what can I say my first time here and the customer service was outstanding and was made to feel very welcome. I’m not normally one for buying from a garage, but when I saw the car I wanted which was to my exact spec I enquired online after reading other great reviews. I received a courtesy call the next day and arranged a time to view it. When I went to view it I dealt with a salesman with four letters in his name that begins with A (I have to hit the confirm I don’t mention any individuals button) - he let me take the car out for 30 minutes on my own (after the test drive I knew I wanted it) and then he gave me a good trade in price for my old car. This all went very well with no pushy hard sell that I’d experienced with other dealers (of which I walked away from). The car was immaculately valeted when I picked it up and they had replaced two tyres which I didn’t expect. All in all a great experience and I will buy from them again. I bought a Mini Cooper S.

A very friendly and efficient out fit! I was initially attracted by their very reasonable prices. Excellent customer service, friendly staff who were happy to help but who also left us to browse the cars in our own time which makes a nice change from pushy sales staff we have come across. Found a car that I wanted paid the deposit and when I went back they had given it a full MOT and 2 new tyres! Thanks to Dan who was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Went to look at a car I was interested in, they gave me the keys to have a look around the vehicle without any staff following me around, took it for a test drive unaccompanied ( I do not like pushy sales person ) I purchased the car and Dan put 12 months on and even changed the disks and pads ( only an advisory on the M o T so a great surprise) They delivered the car to my house with a 1/4 tank of petrol!!! Great customer and would certainly go back again.

What a fantastic service I have experienced from this company. Bought a car from them a good few weeks ago and was slightly disappointed when I got it home I realised there were small scratches all over the bodywork. One phone call and they agreed to do all I could do to help fix the problems. Not only that I had some difficult home circumstances which meant I did not complete my part of the deal.
