I had previously arranged a test drive at Seat in Liverpool who failed to tell me the vehicle had been sold despite me just about to jump on a train from Stockport to head to the dealership. I hastily searched on AutoTrader and found this car. I arranged to come down and spoke to George about any queries I had etc and ended up buying the car. George was so helpful throughout the process, not pushy at all and I would recommend Sailhouse to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It was worth the treck down and I thoroughly enjoyed my drive back in my new vehicle.

I brought my Civic Tourer from Sailhouse a couple of weeks ago and I would not normally leave a review however the Service level was absolutely first class from the very first phone call to enquire through the viewing, part exchange and sale. Danny stayed with me throughout the process and constantly kept me up to date, open and honest about the vehicle, keen to point out bits they needed to do to ensure it was handed over to me in A1 condition and it was. If you are looking at a car at this dealership and thinking about buying one I would strongly suggest picking up the phone or popping across and see them, you will not be disappointed, I travelled over from Tamworth and it was well worth the trip.
