Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ian was a star from the beginning to handover. No pushy sales, no unnecessary bolt ons, everything was explained clearly; even on the handover he took the time to go through every feature on the vehicle and not just send us on our way. As young people, we had been ignored by most dealers wherever we went, but their mannerisms and human touch ended up with a sale. Would recommend anybody to use them 👌

Fantastic experience, Richard was really helpful and really friendly from start to finish, incredibly professional and not pushy at all. I initially enquired about the car online last weekend, a couple of phone calls and emails later and we went to look at and purchase the car today. Took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had, didn't hover over us whilst we were looking at the car we were there to buy, nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't ask for an easier, more effortless transaction. Got a really good deal to part ex my old car, wasn't pushed into any extra add-ons for the new car. Love the new car, an absolute dream to drive, pristine condition considering its 3 years old is amazing. Will be going there for all the maintenance on the new car and will definitely go again when it's next time for a new car.

Bought new E rifter from another Peugeot dealer. Needed a little help. Peugeot assist unless right down to refusing to talk to you on general enquiry unless you quote VIN number. Where do I even begin? The team at Telford motors have gone above and beyond! I picked my brand new 3008 up last week with thanks to Ian and Sam. They even managed to bring the delivery date forward so we got the car soon that excepted. Absolutely Fantastic service with a great attitude. Although I wasn't overly impressed by the first car I purchased, the experience and service were so good that I went back. Once again, the experience and service were Excellent. Sean Gray was thorough and exemplary in every contact and worked hard to make sure the part exchange happened both quickly and smoothly. Even the manager got involved keeping my children entertained. He was brilliant! If I'm still living in the Telford area when I want a new car, I shall certainly go back to Telford Motors. Purchased a used car. Staff seem ok, nothing more to say really. Had to wait two weeks to pick car up. (If i had realised that would not have purchased) Picked car up and one of the jobs (replace windscreen wipers) had not been done, then told wrong ones ordered - not great considering they had car for two weeks. Collected correct wipers next day - no offer of fitting. I noticed the car did not have a manual book or a rear parcel shelf - I emailed and not had a response of any course of action (happy to edit review if that changes) Overall all very mediocre and nothing glowing to share. Would I patronise them again - probably not TBF. Edit - log book has been found and available for me to collect. Awaiting reply on parcel shelf. Edit - dealer promised to sort parcel shelf, which is good news but why that could not have been said at first email. To conclude the dealers have now looked after me, just a shame it took so much effort. I probably would return as a customer now issues resolved and the car is great so a 3 star reveiw.

Recently got my 2018 Peugeot 308 from here. Sean was amazing and a brilliant person to work with, super recommend. My only two complaints would be the valet service provided, the new car came with watermarks and soapmarks left on the paintwork and other bodywork parts, plus the fact I gave my old car in with half a fuel tank and they only gave me just above the empty on the new one.
