We were there looking to change our old car for a newer one when we asked Simon he said he'd got 1 coming in on the following Tuesday, he said he would ring us when he received it. True to his word he not only rang but also sent us a video to look at of the car, we went within 1hour to look round it at the garage. We purchased a 1 year old Nissan Qashqi this week and the service has been excellent! Michael looked after us from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. The sale was also turned around extremely quickly as I needed the car by next week and Michael did everything possible to get the car ready in time. Michael was not pushy at all and took time to understand our needs and budget we had in mind. We were able to take a test drive there and then and get all the paperwork started. Michael has be amazing all the way through including when we picked the car up. Great experience and can not recommend Michael and W R Davies enough.

Went to exchange our current Nissan for a new one. This was our third Nissan so we had previous dealings with various Nissan showrooms. We chose Stafford Park for the locality, we had never been there before. Michael the salesman who approached us was courteous and friendly and conducted a no pressure but professional service throughout the sale. He pointed out another car in a different showroom which he thought we would like and offered to go and get the car himself and bring it to Stafford Park for us to see and test drive. (He was right, we did like it) We were offered a fair exchange price for our car (we had done our research) , however I had printed a voucher from Nissan which offered slightly more. On production of this voucher it was honoured without hesitation. We exchanged cars a few days later and the handover was as smooth as the sale with the same friendly and efficient service from Michael. We left the showroom feeling very happy and would not hesitate in returning or recommending Stafford Park. I wish I had ten stars to award to W.R. Davies, they've been absolutely fantastic. My Qashqai's touchscreen wasn't working and they replaced it under warranty, free of charge, the same day. Impressive by itself but here's the context. I took the same car to BRINDLEY NISSAN CANNOCK in September 2020 for the same repair. Over nine months later they still hadn't done it, claiming they couldn't get the part. It took W.R. Davies less than ONE DAY. If you live in the Midlands and own a Nissan or want to buy a Nissan, AVOID BRINDLEY NISSAN CANNOCK AT ALL COSTS and go to W.R. Davies in Telford for sales, service, repair. They've been every bit as brilliant as Brindley were appalling.

So, I've never posted a review online, but this experience was so good, I just had to. The team is absolutely lovely, and extremely professional. Tried to book a car check due to performance issues with my car and then have it serviced, but the person I spoke with advised I only do the service first, then they'd check to see if there was any other problem. Saved me £54. Going in, the team was very professional, did the job as stated and on time, threw in a quick car wash ( which was needed, haha). And I was back on the road. I was planning to pay the service fee upfront but was told I could pay in 3 installments, which helped with the budget. This was info I don't think they had to offer. All in all, it was a marvelous experience and although it's more expensive, I'll definitely continue to use them for future services and work.

Well on a cold,wet,dreary afternoon during lockdown,I decided to pop into the Nissan garage to look at the Juke just for something to do, I hadn’t made an appointment but the members of staff were happy for me to enter the show room and look around the 2 jukes on show,using the safe practice of sanitising,wearing a mask etc,I’m so glad they did because I fell in love with it before I’d even test drove one,the member of staff I needed to deal with wasn’t available on that particular day so I made an appointment for the following week so I could be shown & told everything about the car I needed to know,Mary then sourced the exact model for me to take on a test drive a couple of days after,before I knew it I was sealing the deal and ordered the perfect car for me,this may not have been the case if the staff hadn’t been so welcoming and accommodating,the whole transition from popping in to collecting the car 2weeks later was an exceptional experience,the customer care was 2nd to none & still is after picking up the car,I would certainly recommend a visit to this particular garage if your looking for a personal,professional service and experience,.

Update September 2022: The red Nissan leaf finale arrived. Well worth the wait and again Mike kept us fully informed with regular updates of our order and gave us a fantastic handover.
