Service from Ellie was not particularly friendly, but was OK. System /set up of working seemed messy and not very professional. Car valuation was as realistic as I expected (about what I would have got as a trade-in).

I did have great feelings about this branch then on my second visit they advised the previous quote I was given was wrong and I was falsely advised - advise provided was hit or miss but the sale was straight forward, and simple and money arrived in my account in just over a week (it was a bank holiday weekend in their defence)

Whilst overall process OK, the examination of the car in an open car park was quite terrible and your operative's work conditions were terrible.! Your estimate as usual was well below the original offer, and did not take into account very good condition of the vehicle and extras fitted.

The selling of a vehicle took about 30 minutes. But the negative part that I totally dislike is that it takes four days to receive payment. If you need your money ASAP then you have to pay for the privilege upto £30., for a 2 hour service.

I had previous disappointing experience last time I had a physical valuation a few years ago, so was a bit sceptical. David who dealt with us today was very polite and knowledgeable. It was a totally different experience this time round and only knocked me down a few hundred pounds from the online valuation. This was down to the fact that the MOT was due in a couple of months and they ideally like it to have a minimum of 6, so there was a risk element to take into consideration, which I understood. I can't say enough about how professional David was. Now it's time to find my wife a new car cos she ain't driving mine lol 😁

fast efficient and.convenient. You have to expect the initial price offered to be dropped for minor issues as that comes with this sort of sale so you have to be realistic but generally a friendly and quick service.
