So I initially went to look at the edrive version of the Qashqai, which was really nice. However I eventually went for the MHEV variant, not the edrive. Jon Fry was the salesman who provided excellent advice and helped me at every stage. He was someone who I completely trusted and at every stage was patient and full of Nissan knowledge. I love the car and couldn't have wished for a better experience. Top salesman top dealer and even better car 🙂🙂

I was really impressed with the customer service received from Town & Country when purchasing my car from them. I was dealt with by Jon F who was friendly & professional throughout the process. I was also given a very competitive figure for my part exchange which we were thrilled with. I called in on the Tuesday & the car was prepared & ready for collection on the Saturday. I was also really satisfied with their social distancing measures, abundance of hand sanitiser and that my new keys were cleaned and sanitised in front of me prior to being handed over. Never dealt with Town & Country before but it would be a pleasure to deal with them again & I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I have just bought my 3rd car from Town and Country and I am absolutely delighted with my new Micra. Nissan should have called the new Micra something else as it is completely redesigned into a bigger very sporty stylish car which looks stunning and drives beautifully. I have been using Town and country for 5 years now, before I was serviced by an Audi centre where I got exceptional service. I am a disabled driver and have the choice of a new car every 3 years, whilst looking for a new car five years ago, I decided that the Qashqai fitted in with the type of car I now needed, had a test drive and ordered one. No one can doubt the Qashqai is a good car, so my review is not of the car, or indeed Nissan, both of which have been reliable and performed in style.. So what I am writing about is the service I have received at Town and Country, which is as good as any garage I have been to, and in fact far superior to my local Audi centre, which did, I admit shock me when I realised I valued Town and Country over an Audi Centre. I find the sales staff and service staff, to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, which was one of the reasons I went back for a second car, and the main reason I shall be choosing to have yet another car from them in a years time. Obviously the car I drive is important to me, but so is the service and help I receive from the people who supply and look after that car for me.. and here I can say that nothing is too small for them. They remember my name, where I work, and what I do, which may not be important to some buyers, but I am a average Joe and I am not buying the priciest or biggest car that Nissan make, and yet with Town and Country, I feel I am... and that I am almost there only customer.. Add that to the fact I am also receiving brilliant disability service as well on top.. and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for a new car.. Or indeed for a second car when my Audi needs replacing.!
