Bought a pre-owned C220d Cabriolet from Southwest Mercedes Truro. I dealt with Louise and Jake and and we managed to get to a mutually acceptable deal quite quickly without the need for arm wrestling! One or two minor cosmetic defects with the car were addressed and it was good to go. Communication with Louise re a small issue which arose was swiftly and graciously remedied. Communication with Jake was great probably the best I have experience and I have bought a lot of cars in my time such pleasant young man too. I must say I dealt with this dealership last year and I find them genuine and dare I say homely. Well done guys and I hope to see you again a few miles further down the road.

I have always found Mercedes of Truro an excellent garage to deal with and I had no hesitation in going back there for my new car. Unfortunately we were dealt with by a salesman who was only interested in selling the car and not giving a service re the other questions I asked. He did not return phone calls or phone at promised times and I had to constantly chase him. I know I only bought a car from the lower end of the range but it was brand new and to us cost a lot. The impression was that I did not warrant a decent service by not buying a really expensive model. I still await the price of mudflaps which I enquired about 3 days ago. In addition, on completion of the transaction he said we had to pay another £250 for a deposit re the old vo5 form. I can understand the reasoning but I had to rearrange finances to cover this unexpected demand. We should have been told the whole picture from the start, not after we had bought the car.

I bought my car remotely and the process of putting down the deposit was very simple. However, communication after this wasn't very good and numerous email and telephone calls went unanswered. The car arrived on the agreed date but wasn't very clean (something I was warned about shortly prior to the car's arrival). I cleaned the inside of the car and Mercedes have arrange for a valet company to clean the exterior. Ultimately, I am very happy with the car but it wasn't a particularly gratifying process.

I was recommended by my neighbour to come to see the team here as he owns a number of Mercedes and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. I met with the EV specialist at the time, Tom Horton, who was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive and worked very hard to get the right deal for me.
It is true there was an issue in the order and delivery process and Peter, Nick and the team swung into action to get the situation resolved very quickly and professionally. As an ardent fan of another German car brand involving 4 rings, I have been very impressed with the significantly higher level of service and customer care I have received here compared to there.

Yesterday 28th July I completed the purchase of a used C250d Estate from Mercedes-Benz Truro.
The whole experience was made special by the exceptional treatment from the Sales Executive Jake Mottershead who did everything he possibly could to enhance the complete procedure. Everything was handled very professionally with confirmation of questionable requests from me being resolved again very professionally by Jake and his transaction Manager Louise Hall.
The final handover paperwork was done by both Jake and Louise who went out of their way to help complete the Road Tax and by answering any questions I had regarding the vehicle as well as committing themselves to completely polish the car once a month (just kidding).
Massive Thank You to Louise and Jake for making this experience painless and very swift I love the car, its a dream come true.

My C Class has been in a couple of times recently, original it had ABS error lights on the dashboard. Needed 2 ABS Sensors, which were replaced under warranty at no charge. Also had a free loan car which made all the difference to my day. Took advantage of their offer on a Climate sanitisation and regards while it was in for £100, not as cheap as other places but needed in the heatwave. Daniel dealt with my car and kept me updated during the day, really impressed, great service from him and Mercedes. More than happy with my visit to Mercedes, I just hope it continues if I need to return in the future? Update...Had a recall last week and they found multiple issues with my car, two of which I know weren't urgent as I had been under the car on a lift 2 days prior!!! I hope this isn't the beginning of the typical 'main dealer behaviour'...I spoke to them about my concerns and was assured things would be sorted as I wished. Had the front roll over bars replaced under warranty, but had to pay for repair to a split fuel line as it was 'rubber'. Safety dictated that I got it repaired immediately. I was again supplied with a loan car which was great 👍

Excellent service. I could not be more satisfied. They dealt with the maintenance work on my car perfectly well. I really appreciated the contact halfway through the service, with a video showing me the issues found on the car and explaining what could be done, plus the quote for all of it, to the very penny. Mr JT was very helpful and friendly, as were all the staff in general. As for the recall work, I was impressed I was offered to have my car picked up to and from my driveway by one of your team members (I do not live that close either). Best customer service I've ever got in 33 years of owning cars.

Bought my A35 remotely from over 200 miles away and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I am very fussy when it comes to my cars and the overall condition so to buy remotely was I thought a massive gamble however the communication I received from Louise and Leon was first class. Every little detail was photographed and videoed and they even had a roof wrap removed for me. I decided to collect my car in person and myself and family were made to feel very welcome. The handover and payment process was drawn out and too much paperwork. I had expected my to car to have been properly valeted but it looked like someone had just chucked a bucket of water over it! I recently required to get my Mercedes Hybrid its MoT. I had marked it in my schedule for the month before the due date and MBSW contacted me direct to get the car booked in. This was a Thursday and my car was in for its MoT on the Saturday morning. Seamless efficient service, no issues whatsoever confirming what I have been a customer since 2004. MOT done very efficiently and the car passed. However, needed one of the two lamp holders over the rear number plate replaced and the quote was for £136! I didn't get it done at Mercedes but went to a local garage specialising in Mercedes and got the job done for less than half the price. Mercedes servicing is very expensive in my opinion.

Lots of stock on site, most appeared to be presented well. The big problem with this site is parking. This was my third visit today, the previous visits I wasn’t even able to get out of the car. There are so few customer parking spaces the cars end up double and triple parked. Not sure if management expect car shoppers to arrive by bicycle? How many customers must they be losing because of it?

Hello. Mercedes.
I would like to praise the good and helpfulness we have received from Mr Paul Quinney of your Truro branch. As what I call the “Motability King” he has helped my wife and I many times in the past years. We have only moved from Mercedes this time because my wife loved driving the old “A”Class, but since the new model has been introduced it no good to her. I have heard others making the same complaint.
We have looked around to other garages and their “Motability King” have been totally uninterested in the disabled person.
Going back to Paul he has the time to deal with the disabled person correctly and politely and nothing is too much for him, and he is a big credit to the firm and to Truro branch.
Once again in repeating myself. Mercedes I think has made a big mistake introducing the new low slung model, I believe it’s looking after the youngsters and forgetting the older and persons with disabled mobility problems.
I hope you will pass these comments on to the manager of Truro branch so he/she can recognise all his efforts.
