I wanted to share my sincere thanks to the team at Rowes Honda in Trispen. Specifically mentioning Paul and Phil, for their transparency and openness. Please note, I have never owned a Honda nor have i ever visited a Honda vehicle dealership, until two-three weeks ago. Please also note, i am a very compliant person by nature and employment so my scepticism is always at a high; For me to feel this way, is very, very rare! I purchased one of their Part-exchange vehicles on a finance agreement, not for not a huge sum, but big enough for me! As expected when making a sale, they were great throughout the process of purchasing. But the professionalism of all departments came to fruition once more when following the purchase, i called to discuss options for (what i believed the issued to be at the time) the rear breaks to be reviewed as i could hear an annoying noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. On the call, i could feel they understood me and told me to return the vehicle at MY earliest convenience, for them to assess and rectify my issue, that is exactly what they did. I personally, would recommend Honda Rowes, for their customer service alone. To me they have been a trustworthy and currently-reliable source and i personally will return should the situation arise for me to purchase a new or used vehicle.

We have been coming here for over 20 years and always buy our new Honda cars from these guys! Such a friendly service and a fab showroom to wait in for our MOTs and service. Hot drinks, tv, daily papers, and even cakes while we wait!!!

I'd suggest Rowes Honda Truro to a friend because of a great Used Car purchase experience. Customer Service was exemplary. Faye attended to a few minor issues raised, following a test drive - they were all attended to swiftly. Awaiting a new part from a supplier, the car was not ready for collection when required, so Faye arranged a courtesy car, ready for my arrival at the Dealership within the hour. Service department were great - car handed over with all niggles fixed and the standard of valeting was amazing. The car I purchased was not my first choice, but I needed the service & assurances offered by a reputable dealer - my decision to purchase from Rowes was everything I had hoped for.

What an experience! I never normally leave reviews but felt this was a must. I have never experienced a car buying process that was made so simple and straight forward. Faye and Phil made the process extremely straightforward for. I have never bought a car by myself before and with my previous two cars I have had support from family because of garages that never returned calls or emails and lacked any form of customer service. The service I received from Rowes in Truro was by far the best I have received in a long time. Friendly and approachable with no pushy sales talk. I went to test drive my car and Phil could not have made me feel more at ease. I was buying something bigger to accommodate my 2 dogs. Phil told me to take my time. I had the car for nearly an hour and fell in love with it. Faye was excellent with everything else and emailed me back when she would. I would 100% buy another car from Rowes. After an unfortunate hit to my pride and joy Ford Focus ST3 my business insurance suggested Rowes @ Trispen body shop to carry out repairs, to be honest I was a bit worried as I knew nothing about the work they do. Well when I got my ST back I was amazed at the quality of work these guys did, I dont trust anyone to work on my car other than myself that owns Tricky's Autos I will now trust Rowes to carry out anymore body work that may need doing in the future. Called into Rowes at Trispen. I was looking for a used family car. Sales lady Faye steered me towards a Honda Accord estate. It turned out to be the best car I’ve EVER had. Amazingly equipped with remarkably low mileage. Faye was amazing. Sorted everything. A brilliant care package. Faye was so knowledgeable about the vehicles in the showroom and out. I was originally thinking of buying a volkswagen Tiguan, but was completely messed around for over 2 weeks by the local dealership. I never even considered a Honda CRV but stumbled across one whilst looking online. It was at the Plymouth dealership so I called and spoke to Matthew lambert to see if I could view it at truro. Within 2 minutes I had a call back to say the car would be down tomorrow (much better service than I had received elsewhere). I was pleasantly surprised by how good a car the CRV was, the aftersales service was just as good and any issues I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Exchanging second hand cars is never a comfortable experience. The old car is never worth as much as one hoped, and the newer car is always a little more expensive, and more unfamiliar than one would like. However a cheery and efficient salesman goes a long way to easing the trauma, and a company with a significant reputation for reliability lessens the feeling of stepping blindly into the unknown. Rowes Honda (Truro) and Paul Reed deserve credit for providing a good product and conducting the whole purchase process with the same good humour that we, as customers, did.
