Friendly, efficient service. Great car at a reasonable price (Ford Kuga) Went above and beyond to make sure we had the car for our camping holiday. Thanks.

quality service, bought a VW Golf from them & when I brought it in later with a little engine trouble, fixed within an hour & I drove it away. good guys recommended

I found the buying experience to be very good; friendly, helpful guys without the expected veneer of bull that so often goes with buying a used car. Of course buying any old, high mileage motor will always be something of a gamble; I hope it doesn't but there's always a chance it could go pop in a month, 6 months, or a year but such is the nature of buying such a car. I'm happy with my purchase, and it felt like a fair deal. Used motors are always more expensive in the far southwest but I don't have the time or inclination to travel in order to potentially save a couple of hundred. Definitely worth a look in if in the market for new wheels.

EDITED TO CHANGE REVIEW:
Well, after exactly a year of owning our two cars, here's me changing my review. I think the brothers are nice guys, and I don't know that they intended to sell us two cars that would just fail. Not to mention, they're Fords, so really, what to expect, I guess.
That said, in one year, I've put more money into these cars than I paid to buy them. What were meant to be cheap but reliable cars became nightmares. Within weeks of owning them, both clutches went out. Meh, they're old. Could happen to anyone. Then, my car had ALL FOUR fuel injectors foul. That's not normal. That's...just weird. So after TONS of work, engine back together and........the head warps. Why? Because the engine was full of some sort of filler. You know the kind, that stops a leak, to keep the engine limping? Well. That congealed mess ended up causing my head to warp, fouled the injectors again, heater core was ruined...utter nightmare. Literally £4500 worth of work and many months later... (And thankfully with a good mechanic) it FINALLY seems to be doing well. I think. Maybe. I get the car back from the shop andddddd....my husband's car dies. Timing belt snaps. Everything warped. Pistons. The works. The engine is done, and so are we. Scrapping this car, as I can't imagine spending more money on this car after all of this. It just simply isn't worth it. I dropped it to three stars, though I'd rather drop it lower. Still, it's a used car. Things happen. I can't say for sure that these issues were known to them. But in the end, I've got one dead car and one I paid more to fix than I did to buy it. I'm super disappointed, too, because I really thought these guys were different than this. So, though you might not have as bad as luck as I did...at least be wary.
OLD review before all of this headache: Honest, kind, fantastic family! Such a pleasure to have shopped here. Tired of the slimy, sneaky car dealerships, we decided to come try The Brothers. We got two wonderful cars in great shape, at a great price, cleaned and cared for, and just right for us. Will definitely be recommending to everyone we know, and if we ever need another vehicle, it will come from Brothers, for sure!
