R. B.First thought was the show room was immaculate. Kudos to the house keeping team. All my questions were answered and when I requested more detail it came quickly. Offering me a drink is a very welcome touch. Clearly a busy place but I felt they looked after me exceptionally well buying a relatively cheap used car on finance.

P. B.Work was completed OK on the service and recall dropped the car off at Vospers Plymouth at 8:30am I had a phone call to say it was ready at4:10pm . When I arrived the car wasn’t ready for pickup at 4:20 had to wait until 5:00 pm before it appeared.
On getting it home checked under the bonnet and found the air cleaner clips undone .
