Exceptional service from Colin @ Advantage Cars. I was an excitable buyer with limited experience of buying cars and cars in general! Colin was clear in his communication and reassured me after asking multiple questions about the car and the process. He went above and beyond to ensure that the car would arrive in great condition. My Audi was driven down over 100 miles and was delivered in fantastic condition as promised. I exchanged my old vehicle which ensured I faced less hassle of scrapping the car on-top of gaining more money than a scrap yard would offer! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Advantage Cars. Colin made the whole process a genuinely enjoyable experience, from start to finish! I needed a car that was comfortable for long journeys, yet small enough to feel confident with when driving. Col went out of his way to assist and advise me, he spoke from his wealth of personal experience and remained happy and polite the whole time. I was never given any cause for concern regarding the legitimacy of the vehicle, which, as we all know, can be problem when purchasing a used car! After a bad experience buying a car we found what we was looking for with advantage cars. A genuine man who was open honest and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Colin went above and beyond to help us and in the timescale we needed, even went and delivered the car to my husband at his work. Disappointed with a Vauxhall Corsa I brought from here at the end of March. At first my experience with this car dealer was good, he agreed to have the severe scratches repaired and resprayed at no extra cost and told me he would have a 128 point check done on the car before I came back to collect it. When I drove away from the forecourt and went down the road the left indicator wasn't working, when I got home and took it to a mechanic, he checked it out and it wasn't a faulty bulb but a connector which should of been picked up when the car had the 128 point checks!!!! A few days later, the side and main headlight weren'tworking, again , similar fault. A few weeks later, found out that the horn didn't work, needed to pay out for a new horn. Decided to get this vehicle serviced because of these faults and also no service history with this car which I was also not told, overall very disappointed, with this car and the faults/costs since having this car. I have brought numerous car's in the past and have never experienced so many problems!!!!!!!! An update with regards to this Car dealers, I've been having issues with the car battery going flat after leaving the car standing for a couple of day's, this issue has been going on for month's. I contacted Colin about this ongoing issue and Colin was kind enough to offer to get this problem sorted out and looked at by his technician. Have today received a call from Colin and the fault is due to the Black box fitted which is draining the battery. Colin is arranging for a report to be set out to the Insurance Company to assist me with getting a new box fitted and to claim back costs which have occurred with calling out my local mechanic to keep jump starting the car when I'm away from home and to also try and work out what the fault was. Aftercare service is absolutely amazing, very grateful to Colin for helping me out 8 months after buying the car.

My old car was scrapped so I needed a new one and my grandad recommended advantage cars due to the good prices and vehicles as he bought a Volvo from there and it's been really good so I went and had a look around the forecourt straight away got chatting to colin and steve who had brilliant knowledge of cars and I saw a lovely car that I wanted a vauxhall corsa Steve and colin were great from start to finish very nice guys who know all about cars made the experience very relaxed and enjoyable it was at a great price for a brilliant car which I'm loving driving 😁
