I’ve used Chapelhouse Milner Street for my cars and servicing for years and always find them brilliant customer service but they were particularly good today when I had an issue with my sunroof not closing. I called up to see if someone could take a look but only the sales team were in with it being a Saturday afternoon. John one of the sales guys asked me to bring it down anyway and he would see if he could fix it for me - which he did within 2 minutes!! Great friendly customer service and would recommend to anyone!! :)

Writing the review on behalf of my mother… She purchased a Kia Ceed from Arnold Clark about a year ago. The car started suffering from intermittent lack of power shortly after it’s first service. She took the car back to Arnold Clark and she was told the vehicle was completely fine. The car drove fine for about 3 miles then started intermittently losing power so she took the car back to Arnold Clark again and they assured her the fault had been rectified and the car was handed back to us however, the fault returned again! This time she took it to Chapel House in Warrington that was also a Kia dealer in hope it would get fixed. She was told that they were fully booked that week and it was unlikely the car would be looked at until next week, which worried my mother as the cars first mot was due soon and the engine warning light was on. Sophie was extremely apologetic and helpful and suggested that she could have someone take a quick look at the car. A big THANK YOU to Dan who fixed the car after finding a loose connection on the turbo wire that was causing the fault for 3 months!! My mother is now happy with her car again and the car is running better than ever she will certainly be returning to Chapel House in future thanks again!

Visit to have my car serviced and MOTD. Reception staff were excellent friendly and efficient, I waited for it to be done which took just over 2 hours which is what I expected. When I returned to the car I noticed the service reminder had not been reset but no big deal as its easy to do ,but the following day I checked the tyre pressure and to my amazement they were all 36psi when the front should be 33 and the rear 30 which is very concerning as its obviously a safety issue so I am afraid that was my first visit to this dealer and it will be my last

Very courteous staff in the sales team and they were very helpful throughout the process of buying, unfortunately the servicing side do tend to let them down as they repeatedly tried to cut corners and they very rarely would answer the phone went put through to them, I eventually used another garage after several tries to have my car serviced. So I would definitely recommend them if you want to buy a new car, but I was less than satisfied with the garage side.

so after a disaster of a time with cazoo where our new volvo nearly set on fire after having it for 3 weeks we decided to get a kia.
