I cannot recommend this garage enough. My mrs bought her car from this garage . She's took it back for servicing .. mot etc ... . Ive recent taken my car there for similar things . The staff there are outstanding. There's no pressure selling from them in any way shape like many main dealerships . They are genuine and clear in what your car needs and never ever try to miss sell you products or services . If your a lady or someone who doesn't know anything about cars then i can only recommend this garage as you will not have to worry about being ripped off . For me the staff there are warm and genuine people which makes a huge difference. Ill be returning because of the staff . I have to add i have no connection to the company or have been paid to say this . I had to do this because of the service I received many people are quick to complain but not reward when the service is outstanding. Thanks once again

We bought our current car from here, an excellent product, a Suzuki Baleno. Suzukis sell themselves, Chapel house helps. They often have good offers going on, but we found one or two of the salespersons product knowledge, lacking. I needed to move my personal number plates from my trade in car to my Baleno, and they struggled with the online method of doing this. But, they do try to help with problems. I do sometimes feel the young salesmen would rather be selling Audis or Mercs, than lowly Japanese cars! The service staff are sometimes unsmiling, especially with warranty work! Parking is sometimes a problem, and a bigger, 'glitzier' showroom would show their excellent cars off more positively!
