I went to test drive a car earlier in the week with a view to buying it, called and was met early by the salesman but I can't remember his name! Test drove the car and immediately put down a £200 deposit with my insurance payout due in the week, it came in the next day so requested if I could pick the car up that day, I arrived and waited around 20 minutes (I'd set off early) Again, service was first class and a really great touch was the salesman taxing my car for my on their computer rather than me doing it, first class service and would definitely recommend them!

I bought a car from Davies a year ago, this was dine through finance so I never really had the opportunity to go through the traditional sales experience with them but I did have a tight collection hour that was past closing times that they did help with as a kind gentleman stayed to finish paperwork and allow me to collect. No issues with the car except the front bulb keeps going and the tyres at the front were balding slightly and finally some of the door side handle and arm rest seemed to be botched batch together with some sort of black adhesive ( a good job with it as it took a white to notice as it chipped of and I thought that's foam it shouldn't chip ) i can live with that though it would have just been nice to know before hand. Overall I am happy with the service and the product and I would use them again, next time I won't be so nieve and just jump in and go, but do a thorough check of the car. Thanks Davies car sales :)

Since then, I have had a few small issues with the car, but I took out the life time warranty and they sorted the problems out for me with no trouble. 2 weeks ago I purchased a 2015 BMW X5 from Davies Car Sales. The whole experience with these guys has changed my perception of used car dealers as I cannot fault anything. The car was priced competitive from the start, no hard sell tactics, any potential concerns rectified prior to collection and even a week after collection when my wife noticed a minor cosmetic issue already missed by me, DCS and my own external vehicle inspection mechanic, they didn’t argue and got it repaired!! They could have refused and said that I had caused it but didn’t. They are a family run business which shows massively with the level of service you receive, and the after-purchase care given as it means more too these guys to keep you happy than the big dealerships. Highly recommended and even so they are in the process of finding a car for my wife. I’ll be getting my next car from them when I get bored of this one!

I have purchased 2 cars this year 1 from carcraft and 1 from Davies Car Sales (DCS) my experience would be I would never go to a hyper car sales market again, DCS made this so stress free. I arrived approx. 16:30 on the Friday test drove the Quasqui loved the car Richard didn't sell the car the car sold the car, Richard then said he would keep updated on progress on the sale as I required finance, he phoned on Saturday to say the finance was in place I went on Sunday with ID (Money Laundering Regs). 3rd Car Purchased from Richard ( Rickie ). A really old school garage, with a really interesting mix of motors. A pleasant guy , hard to find them, but when you do its back again and again.. They are top at providing good finance deals and dont try on the add-ons pushed by the supermarket dealers. The forecourt cars are more or less what you see is what you get... If you spot any scuffs etc , they will sort when the vehicle is prepped Marks out of 10 for valet 8, suppose the prestige motors get the works... The cars inside are real show stoppers, trying to convince a few friends and family to pop-in.. Richard I hope you see this... recommend a coffee machine!! 🤓🤓
