I tried JL vans off a recommendation and what a recommendation it was. The amount of effort they put in to make sure the van is ready for you was next level. At the other garages I just felt they wanted a deposit regardless of your situation whereas at JL vans, they gave us time to compare and really tried to help us pick the right van for our needs. Absolutely outstanding service from JL Vans. After a far-too-long and disheartening van-search featuring pushy salesmen and rubbish stock I finally found these folks. They have loads of vehicles, all worth the trip to view. Their approach is straightforward, no bull, no messing about, cards-on-the-table. We landed on a deal we were all happy with in no time at all. The transaction was made simple and completely hassle free. Faith in human nature fully restored...proper decent guys at last! And the backup you wouldn’t believe! Nothing is too much trouble for this team. You are not abandoned once you’re their customer. If something should go wrong they actually care and will bend over backwards to sort things out. JL Vans pride themselves on getting repeat business and it’s no wonder they achieve it. The bottom line as far as my experience with them has been? There simply isn’t any point going anywhere else. Unbeatable!

Absolutely phenomenal service from JL vans. Having bought the van a few months back I unfortunately had minor mechanical issues within less than a month. Being that I lived in Wales, I was unable to take the van back for repairs. I sourced mechanics within close proximity to where I was living and got the van fixed. We recently purchased a Renault Master from JL Vans. (December 2021) This is the first time we have purchased a van and we were purchasing as we are looking to convert into a campervan. The reason that we decided to deal with JL Vans was due to their excellent reviews on Google and Autotrader and also after visiting their website which showed them to be a professionally run dealership. I first enquired about the van we wanted to purchase via phone and arranged for photos and a video to be sent to me (I live several hours away from JL Vans). As promised photos were sent over the next 24 hours and a few days later after the van had been cleaned and in their workshop a video was sent via Whatsapp which was extremely helpful in being able to help us decide if this was the van for us. We then arranged to visit in person to test drive and complete the purchase. On arrival we were met by Rick, who was extremely helpful and courteous and showed us around the van, he talked us clearly through the purchasing process and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. We then took the van for a test drive and upon returning from this mentioned that we felt there was a bit of a noise when moving into the higher gears. Rick then took the van out to also test it and came back to confirm that there was a fault and that they could not let the van go until this was resolved. Rick arranged for the fault to be repaired and also arranged for the van to be delivered to us (rather than us doing another 350 mile round trip to collect). Communication regarding the repairs and delivery were excellent and we had our van delivered within 10 days with all issues resolved. I would highly recommend JL Vans, they were professional throughout, completely open and honest with us, took pride in the products they are selling, ensured that we received our van in top condition. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and after sales has been great. I would not hesitate to use JL Vans again.

Turned up with a request for a van to drive away the same day, which they don't normally do, for my business, my old one having given up. Fantastic service in finding and sorting a machine that suits my business, took it for a test drive and they sorted the paperwork and tax then and there. Went to JL vans on the basis of the web reviews looking for a van to move miniature railway equipment about. Service was excellent from first contact, JL quickly understood our needs and recognised that as a private buyer we were seeking a no vat purchase. No hard sell, we were given the keys and left to view the preferred vehicle ourselves, and then had a test drive. Deal was done and we picked up the vehicle a few days later with a new MoT, vehicle well presented and van section bulkhead paint had been tidied at our request. Easy and helpful process throughout with no pressure to buy at any time. Would recommend and use again.

Made an appointment over the phone to view after seeing a specific van on there website. when I arrived I spoke to a young chap who showed me around the vehicle & off we went for a test drive, perfect, sold. A few days after picking my van up I noticed the gears we're crunching between 3 & 4 rang & a flat spot when Accelerating away, rang JL Vans with a little uncertainty spoke to Rick who first Apologised that the Van wasn't right & said lets get that van back & get it put right. set a date for it to be picked up from my home address, bearing in mind I live 25 miles away, even told me to hire a replacement van & bill it to them. A low loader turned up as agreed on the Monday & returned back to my front door by the Thursday, unbelievable, with a new clutch & Gearbox Fitted & a new valve fitted to the Turbo, now that's what I call customer service. I really have to say Guys the way you treated me from the viewing to buying to the repair to even Apologising that it wasn't right the first time, I will absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new van to go & see you first, Amazing service. Have already posted a review about my experience purchasing my van but need to add to this. Had an intermittent emissions fault within a couple of weeks . Phoned JL vans and they told me to go to my local garage for a diagnostic check and get back to them. Needed a couple of sensors replacing which JL vans agreed to pay and get my garage to sort. My garage commented on how helpful JL vans were and how prompt they paid. Even more pleased with there level of after sales service.

Bought a vauxhall movano from these guys (jan2020) I viewed the van just after arrival with some bodywork issues but left a deposit after seeing the other prepared vans in the yard. There were a couple of stone chips that they weren’t happy with so they repainted those parts free of charge. I needed a towbar and reversing camera installed.
