Really happy with the service overall. Particularly pleasant surprise to find the car valeted on my return. One possible area for improvement would be to allow for an early quick drop off. I managed to hand my keys to someone from the garage at 0800 as the main doors were still closed, but would have preferred to be able to drop off at 7:30.

Unfortunately there was nobody free and the diary was full. Chris then helped me contact Mercedes’ breakdown and offered me refreshments in the air conditioned showroom. 45 minutes later my car was repaired and I was able to get to the match on time. Service from arriving to picking the car back up was excellent. Curtesy car ready when I arrived. When I paid online for the air con I had only been charged 19.99 when I was expecting 59.99 when I enquired upon picking my car up I was informed it just needed a refresh. Was very impressed that I could have been charged 59.99 and been non the wiser.

Having just bought a new car today, the process was nothing but stress free and relaxing. Gavin Berry was a pleasure to deal with and defiantly bucks the negative stereotype of a "car salesmen". Syed Shah, Gavin's colleague, was enthusiastic, warm and friendly to deal with. Never once did they try the "hard sell" with me and I never once felt pressured. The only impression I got was that both Gavin and Syed were genuinely interested in getting me into the best car for me. only gripe is the cost of the services, they are out of line with other manufacturers. £445 for essentially an oil change and brake fluid is extortionate.

Rather disappointed that the rear light cluster wasn't covered by the extended warranty I bought, £308 seems expensive for a light cluster. Having said that Paul was very helpful and thorough and I came away feeling that the service he provided was very good.

The sale of the used vehicle went through as anticipated. However, I felt pressured to purchase the vehicle prior to the end of the month / quarter; when what I really wanted to do, was pay a deposit to hold the car and then pay for the car in full; cash. Instead, I was sold a HP / PCP in an effort to ensure the car was purchased prior to the end of the month / quarter - presumably to hit 'sales figures'.
I also requested that the car was subject to the full 'Guardex' treatment prior to collection. This was agreed, however, I was then told that, the Guardex had been applied but I could not have the guarantee; instead they placed a Guardex sticker in the windscreen. When I got the car home, It was evident that the interior, nor the convertible roof had received any form of repellent treatment.
The vehicle was received with a full tank of fuel and some paint blemishes / squeaky seat bet were rectified, although there were stone chips still visible (These had been agreed to be rectified) - I am awaiting a touch-up pen for the car so that I now will have to do them myself.
On the plus side, Oliver in parts was extremely customer focused and very friendly; wanting to go the extra mile for the customer. As a result of his interaction, I ended up purchasing a lot more accessories from Warrington than I first intended; I was planning to go to a competitor (LSH Auto, Whitefield) but I was impressed and so purchased them from Oliver.
In summary, the sale did not feel like previous sales I had experience of with other car dealerships; I did not feel like I had got the deal / service I was expecting - not met at least half way and this was disappointing to be fair.

The electric Mercs are far superior to the Teslas and a quick test drive is the best was to demonstrate their products to the potential customers.
I will be back when there is a larger electric SUV available.

My car was in again today for its annual service. It's a very relaxed, clean and comfortable waiting area here. You can help yourself to coffee from the machine, which is good quality (I've never tried the tea). There are also biscuits, but you have to like Lotus Biscoff! I've given it a rating of four because of one particularly bad experience I had two years ago, which was only resolved after more than six months.

Recently purchased one of the Mercedes’ a class’s
Whilst my sales person (Adam) done everything he could, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed multiple times. Adam was kind enough to offer fair compensation, however this was still frustrating. Vehicle is perfect except I cannot connect to the Mercedes’ me app due to it being linked to another, it’s now been a week since I’ve asked it to be reset yet still hasn’t been.

Right from the start my experience was fantastic at the dealership I went just to look as I already had a Mercedes and was looking for something a little bigger and had been left feeling very underwhelmed at other different dealerships for my price range. I was met by Paul Robinson who was fantastic very knowledgeable and he just knew exactly what I wanted and showed me straight away to the car I ended up buying! He had great customer service and went above and beyond to check I was satisfied and answered any questions. Originally called and had an appointment on 17-9-21 to replace my airbag under the recall. When I arrived I was advised that the airbag was not available and that they had called me to cancel the appointment. I never received any calls as such and they just told me one lie after another. They than advised that they would order the airbag, contact me when it arrived, which they never did, and send a driver out to pick up my car for the required service. On 15-11-21 at 8am, a person knocked on my door and asked me for the keys to the car and said he would be taking it away for the airbag replacement. He had nothing with him to identify who he was, an order to pick up the car, uniform, etc. I refused to give him the keys not knowing who he was, and not having been notified prior that they would be coming to pickup the car. I tried calling the dealership 5 times that day and was just left on hold with the service department. I finally called and asked to speak to someone about a new Mercedes purchase and the phone was answered straight away! So much for customer service. Shows where there priorities are. I was given a date on 29-11-21 to bring the car in for the air bag replacement which was done within an hour which was good. The mechanic must have disconnected the battery in order to replace the airbag which caused the setting on the dash board to not be correct including the time on the clock, which the mechanic could have easily reset and did not. The service and customer service was not what I would expect from a Mercedes dealership.

Not enough staff to give good customer care, but individuals were professional and caring.
Need to attend to customers quickly, even if just sitting them down to wait, especially important as I have an invisible disability.
Problems fixed but no explanation as to what or why, only a piece of paper with estimated costs for non warranty work.
I know times are hard but MB just doesn’t have the X factor that other prestigious car dealerships have.

Martin in sales was very helpful and not pushy and ultimately I came out with a great car and a great deal which was tailored to my needs. I've since had to go in to have a faulty 12V socket looked at where I just turned up and it was fixed within 15 minutes. I know that some have flagged a lesser experience however I think this could be down to timing as to date my own experience has been 100% positive.

I've had my car serviced here from new and always get a good service. However this time I have reservations. When picking up the car I found that the drivers seat had been dropped to its lowest setting (I have it high) and raked right back, the radio set to a pop station and the driving mode set to Sport+. This Sport+ mode is really for track driving only and I have never had the car in this mode. A more cynical person than I would conclude that its been for an impromtu burn up. I can't prove any of this of course but it might be wise to advise your mechanics that if they are to 'go for a spin' then at least have the courtesy to return the car to its owners settings

I would just like to thank Martyna for all her help in sorting out my new A class. I ordered it in June and collected it on the 3rd December, there was a bit of a delay due to a shortage of parts. But to be fair this wasn’t anyones fault.

The day before my collection Martyna had to isolate and wasn’t able to hand me the keys to my car.
Lisa managed to find me a slot so I could collect my car as I was going to Birmingham on the Saturday.

I didn't find the experience with regard to the return of my car to be very helpful or pleasant.
I was pestered unreasonably to come in and collect my repaired vehicle after they had it for 2 weeks. It had a failed turbo after 5,000 miles from new. They called me to tell me the hire car insurance would expire on a Saturday evening, after they had closed meaning I guess I had no way to collect my car other than ignore that risk. The car is great, the fix was fine. The service around it shoddy. I owuldn't mind but I called the dealership 7 times to dicuss and the phone always rang out.

when Getting a Car you should be told about the £10.00 charge before you agree to the car and I know this is not mandatory to pay the £10.00 but it's a no brainer with 1000 to 50 excess difference, I booked online and said no to a car and then was told on the phone it was free with the Service plan, so I canceled a lift then to be told when I dropped my car of about the charge for the insurance, I would of kept my lift if I had known this, other than this service itself was good

Car returned with AdBlue poured all down the rear wing, as happened last time the car was serviced. If the technician can't fill the AdBlue without spilling it everywhere, it questions the competence of the technician to do other parts of the service which are obviously more important.
Car was washed, but wheels only part cleaned and various patches of the paint work not cleaned.

Edited 7 Sep 2020: After posting about my problem, I just had a call from the dealer to apologize. They aim to process the refund today. Credit to Inchcape feedback department for helping with this, and I have increased the star rating here from one star to three stars.
Very poor experience with this dealer. Best avoided.
Late on a Sunday night, I put down a £99 reservation fee on their website for a Mercedes Approved Used car. I received a receipt and notification that the dealer would ring me back during working hours to take forward the purchase.
No one called back, and when I rang at 5 pm on Tuesday, no one answered the phone. I subsequently sent an email and a sales person rung back. He said that the car I reserved had been sold to someone else.
I asked for the £99 to be refunded but he denied ever receiving my reservation fee.
The next day I sent the manager a copy of the email receipt as proof that I had paid them £99, and I asked again for the refund.
But it has been three working days since, and no response, nor any sign of a refund.
Beware. They will take your money, let you down on the car, and not give you the money back.

I booked my car in over two weeks ago because it had developed a fault and I requested a loan car because I was advised that the technicians may need all day to work on my car.
My appointment was for 08:30 and I reported to reception at 08:15. The receptionist couldn't initially find my appointment and was shocked that I was expecting a loan car. I was then asked to wait in the waiting area.
I had to remind the receptionist that I was still waiting to be seen at 08:55. I was finally spoken to by an assistant at 09:10, who explained that they hadn't got a loan car for me, but, she had arranged a sales car.
The excuses ranged from covid 19 to insufficient loan cars and a shortage of staff, all of which may be valid but should not be of concern to a customer.
Mercedes Warrington really do need to put the customer first and if they have loan car and staff issues, in these difficult times, then maybe scheduling fewer jobs per day, honouring appointment times and devoting a little more time to each customer, may make the customer feel a little more valued.
On the whole not a very good experience.
On a positive note the technicians did work their magic and resolved the issue with my car, for which I'm really grateful.

Dealt with Daniel Kerr from start to finish, Danny gave excellent service and communication through out the purchase. Any criticism would be that Mercedes as a brand offer no give in their pricing which I think is pretty poor given their stature as one of the leading luxury brands for motor vehicles in the world. Any crop with the dealership would be that having to travel from Scotland to Warrington, I only received a minimal amount of fuel, I think given the price of the vehicle a gesture of a full tank of fuel for the 3.5 hour drive home would’ve been a decent thing. I did ask Daniel if there were any Mercedes merchandising and was told that given the pandemic, they were not allowed to order any and there was practically none in the dealership which was quite poor too. Overall the car is amazing and I only have those small gripes.

Appointment made without issue, although had to wait a couple of weeks from phoning to an appointment being available. No issue with the visit on the day, well looked after by staff at Mercedes Benz Warrington, work on the car done within the timescales originally given. Didn't have to wait for staff to attend to me, all good customer service. Only issue with this garage is how difficult it is to find a parking space, even when bringing a car in for a service. Cars had been left in the driving area blocking in some cars presumably by drivers who had given up trying to find a space. This isn't the first time I've struggled to find a space and driving around the area five times waiting to see if anyone is freeing up a space is not my idea of fun when bringing a car into a garage.

On the whole the experience was OK. I feel the time it takes arriving at the dealership to leaving with the courtesy car is unacceptable. I was served 4th after arriving at 8am and being the 2nd to arrive. This coupled with the additional checks on driving licenses despite having had courtesy cars there before seems to take too long. I left the dealership at 8:40 which I don't feel is acceptable. Also the communication wasn't great on this visit I didn't receive any updates on the vehicle on the first day so didn't know whether I'd bee needing to collect my car or not the same day. Then when I did ring up to check the person I was speaking to hung up on me.

We visited to the showroom to look at a specific car, my husband called on the day to request if it was available for viewing. However, unless we were able to leave a deposit to secure the car (over the phone - really?? Who leaves a deposit on a car they haven't even seen in the flesh) he would not commit to us even being able to see. So my husband called at the showroom on his way home to see the car anyway, however after wandering around the showroom for half an hour, having not been approached by anyone, he left. A month later we visited another dealership in Manchester and purchased 2 cars at the same time. So they lost the sales. However, we have since revisited this time for a service and have to say that the service we received was great. I really liked the health check video that was sent through and Mike in service was very attentive and listened to everything we said.

My ML Service A due but decided to have Service B instead personally. As I believe it worth the extra cost and maintaining the car better. And I can feel both front break pads need to replace.
Not very happy with the other MB service centre before, so decided go extra 2 miles to try MB Warrington.
1. Busy Friday morning but warm welcome. Keep updating by reception who/when will come to serve. Offered a drink as well. Look around when waiting people from service department, both cold hot drink and complimentary simple breakfast you can choose. It seems all customers were happy with their service, I can see some smile faces.
2. Service staff came with all paper works, double checked with me to have service B and the brake pads need to be replaced. Explained all service I have.
3. Loan car. Had a C class instead of Smart as I have a 2 years old daughter and lots to move. Take the loan car next to me to make the swap easier.
4. I had a miss call from the centre, message left car will be ready at 4pm.
5. Offered drink again when waiting for collection. No surprise bill.

We were told the vehicle was ready by text message only with no information about what had been done. Very, very poor communication.

For many years I have enjoyed outstanding service from MB Warrington and especially from Paul Antrobus who is now the Aftercare Manager. I very much appreciated the personal attention to detail from Paul and he has been a brilliant ambassador for the dealership. On my recent visits I have been well cared for and the overall servicing and agreed costs have been excellent - but I have been attended to by different service personnel on each occasion and this caused some confusion. I am probably old fashioned but I prefer to get to know who will be dealing with me and be able to build up a good working relationship - something I have come to appreciate over the years - and perhaps something MB Warrington will try and replicate in the future for all their customers. The dealership is becoming incredibly busy - but every customer should be made to feel special, and hopefully seeing the same person each time could help with this.

Really really happy with recent transaction.
I used to have Mercedes cars ten plus years ago. When I retired I bought a more economical car, but I had been unhappy with the service at the Mercedes dealership. In my opinion they were arrogant and had a “take it or leave it” attitude.
Recently spent a week looking for a new car, and decided on a BMW one series about one year old. I was unhappy with the trade in figure on my car, it was the lowest figure I had been offered all week.
My wife persuaded me too look at Mercedes. I felt it a waste of time as they would be too expensive and they would not be interested in my relatively low budget.
How wrong I was. We entered the showroom and were introduced to Chris B. What a breath of fresh air after previous pushy salesmen we had met that week.
After he had chatted for a while about our likes and dislikes and we outlined our budget, he showed us a list of cars that fitted our specification.
We then discussed various extras, finance, and a trade in figure for our old car. All very satisfactory.
The car we decided to look at first, was the one we bought. The car itself is wonderful in every way.
Chris arranged delivery in two days.
On the day of handover the weather was dreadful, so he located an inside bay to go through all the gadgets on the car.
The car is everything we wanted and more.
I highly recommend a visit to Mercedes and if Chris is available talk to him and I am certain you will be delighted.

Just wanted to personally show my appreciation and experience for this dealership. My son rang the dealership and booked an appointment with Callum to view a diesel A-Class on Saturday. Callum advised us to leave a deposit to reserve the vehicle as we didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity. The vehicle had only just come in and hadn’t been cleaned to which Callum made the car as presentable as possible by cleaning it himself with such short notice.
From agreeing the sale and collecting the vehicle we couldn’t ask for more, we were treated like royalty even though the vehicle was at the cheaper end of the dealership.

Mercedes Warrington from 2013 - March 2018 have been absolutely fantastic in many ways and they have undertaken signiciant work on a number of my AMG cars.

However, since March 2018 things have gone from bad to worse and then unbelievably even worse than that.
Earlier in the year my car went in for a set of new front tyres and it was returned without the tyres fitted even though I’d paid for them and damage to the rear bumper. The tyres were fitted and the bumper damage repaired with a free service included in the compensation package but surely that is not the point and thus should not happen when entrusted with your car.
Recently they also had my car for a total of 42 days over the period of 3 visits and where unable to fix my car even though they said that they had on email and the telephone and then returned the car to me with an added fault: a leaking tyre valve which failed within 400 yards of leaving the dealership.
It was disappointing that I was offered a new tyre at reduced rates on email even though the tyres was good and it was the valve that was faulty as it hadn’t been refitted correctly after the wheels were refurbished due to flaking lacquer.
I was advised by Mercedes U.K. and the AMG team based in Holland to send my car to another dealership to see if they could rectify the problem. I chose Mercedes Stockport as my Mum has recently bought a new car from them and that was awaiting delivery and that experience had been very good.
My car was fixed within 10 days and is now perfect and they also repaired the valve. What was very impressive was the technician at MB Stockport took the time to call me 3 times personally to ask about the specific problems and give me clear updates: well done Umesh and thank you for finally mending my car.
I’ve been disappointed to understand some of the practices that have been employed or not employed by MB Warrington and the complete lack of accountability by their senior management onsite and from a regional perspective.
Up until March this year, I would have happily given this dealership 5 stars out of 5, but now it has to be a 3.5 and after the problems of this year I feel I am being kind.
However it is only fair to give an unbiased review and if you pick your individual contact correctly at this dealership your customer service experience will be fantastic, but my advice is tread very carefully and keep careful records of all conversations.
My only thought: Would it not be better to work on less cars daily, allowing the work that is undertaken to be done to a higher standard and more consistently or enlarge the site to accommodate a higher volume of cars as everything seems very rushed and it’s only a number of brilliant staff that keep the site going. Does compensating your service technicians for finishing work within or quicker than an allotted time slot for bonus ensure consistent quality of work?
My time with Mercedes is now coming to an end and over the next 2 months I will be moving away from the brand and going to Stuttgart after loosing confidence in the product and the local support structure.

From entering the dealership for the first time last week to leaving today with a car, all of the staff at Warrington have been great from the initial greating at reception to closing the deal with Chris.
Chris went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and confident with the purchase and followed up on every detail to make sure I was happy with the agreement and the car before handing over the keys.

I had a problem with my car at the end of last year, the eco stop start had stopped working.
I took it in to this Mercedes main dealer who diagnosed the issue as being with the supplementary battery which 'powers' the stop start functionality.
A couple of months ago, the car appeared to develop the same fault, i.e. the eco stop start stopped working.
I rang the dealer and made an appointment to take the car in.
When i arrived i received a call from them while i was in service reception asking me if i was on site.
They came and explained that they did not have a courtesy car for me as arranged. Which meant I had travelled a 40 mile round trip for nothing.
I arranged an alternative date with them, which was this morning
On arrival today i was told my appointment was for Thursday. I explained that I had diarised it specifically for today as it was the only day i had free this week. The service clerk went away and came back saying they could squeeze my car in... Which would be great if I had gor the day wrong, which I hadn't. But they had!
Anyway, I explained that I needed the car back today as I would be travelling to another part of the country this evening, not returning until Froday night.
Around lunchtime I recieved a service report accompanied by a video which showed them.having performed a vehicle check. Rhey showed me the tread depth of each tire and so on which is good, except of course that wasnt the purpose of leaving the car with them.
Then I got s call to say the car was ready, they had replaced the battery (again). I explained that it was a brand new unit they replaced in December, there must be an underlying cause for this failure and I didn't want to be back there in a few months asking for yet another battery.
They said the had checked theneiring and everything was fine, it must have been a faulty battery.
Personally, I'm not so sure, I feel there must be an underlying cause for this and am concerned that I will be faced with a stiff bill whe the vehicle isnour of warranty.
It's also possible they rely too much on the vehicles own self diagnostics and the mechanics dont really understand much of what makes them work except for swapping out of components.

Calum dunbar assisted me from day one through every step of the way from when I first came into the dealership until I collected my car. Since then my family has bought another Mercedes from Calum. Within 8 days I had a auxiliary battery warning light that appeared however this was rectified the same day.

From the off this dealership were helpful and professional which is more than can be said for two other competitors which I won't name. Whereas Mercedes-Benz Warrington - a total contrast meaning I actually left the building in a good mood.
I found Calum Dunbar straightforward and pleasant throughout the process, he generated a quick turnaround which exceeded my expectations. I thank him for providing me with a premium service, the fact he possesses a good sense of humour was an added bonus!

Hi Guys i just wanted to email you both to pass my praise on for the sales rep Calum. I had some issues regarding receiving my money for my part ex which didnt go to plan but all sorted now. I felt like i needed to message as put this to one side my experience from walking into the showroom to driving home in the car was fantastic with full credit to Calum. He didnt try to push a deal on me he was on my level i suppose recognising his audience and that worked for me. I am a Yorkshire man and like a deal and he certainly did that for me. Even my father in law commented on his knowledge and professionalism which i can assure you he is hard to please. Its not very often i take the time out to write this kind of thing but i felt credit where credit due.

Recently had my annual service, followed shortly afterwards by a safety recall. On both occasions I was made to feel welcome, dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. The necessary work was carried out in a timely fashion, which makes me want to return for my next service. I highly recommend Warrington Mercedes.

Arrival at the dealership was dreadful. There was no where to park our car and the whole area was full of randomly parked vehicles so once in the area it was very difficult just to drive round and get out. Once a sales person came out and took the car away it was then fine.

When I arrived at the showroom I spoke to a lady at reception who was very helpful, I was offered a drink and asked to wait for a man called Martin. While I waited for my car to be sorted (which was around 30 mins) i noticed that everyone who worked there had the same mannerisms smiling happy and helpful couldn't fault my visit at all

I would like to say what a pleasant experience the purchase of my new Mercedes car was with Calum Dunbar, nothing was too much trouble for him to explain the car finance process, his knowledge of the motor trade was extensive and he went that extra mile to ensure that all our requirements were met. From start to finish my experience with Mercedes-Benz Warrington was exceptional. I originally rang Callum regarding a smart car I had seen on the website to which we made an appointment, Callum notified me the parking may be bad due to it being the busiest month. This concluded by him waiting me for to drive into the dealership and find me a space. I loved the car and left a deposit to purchase. Since then I have recommended my son to Warrington regarding a C-Class, the only downside was that they wouldn’t discount the vehicle ( not bought a car in 10 years).

A really nice easy experience. With no pressure at all to buy.you can just browse the cars on your own or ask for a salesman to help you. Or Make an opponentment to see some one and have the chat about what you are thinking of getting. And the coffee is really nice and lots of it. All the paperwork is done for you. just sit back and drink coffee if you don't like the first car ask to test drive another one as I did until you find your new best friend.and believe me you will find it. And the before and after service is as you would think from the best car brand in the world imho.can I recommend this place.you bet I can.%100.

Jade was very helpful throughout the process of getting the car serviced and a new MOT. While arranging the service the call centre were asked on three separate occasions to quote for tyre insurance and did not call back so I bought two new tyres elsewhere. They reflect poorly on an otherwise excellent dealership.

Calum the sales person from Warrington was very helpful and informative. However, on the way back to Surrey, the engine management light came on. On reporting this to Calum, he informed me to contact my local Mercedes dealer. This I did, the car was booked in for Tuesday the next week. On calling Mercedes, I was also informed that the car was due a Service Recall, so should not have left the dealership. Bit disappointing, so lets hope there are no further problems!
