I’ve been a loyal customer for several years over two cars .. My most recent service on my car ( 29/06/22) left me feeling a little underwhelmed if I’m honest. Don’t get me wrong some of the basics are still good, I was able to take the car in early, I received a video update on the state of my car and potential faults were pointed out. I was able to set a pick up time with the garage. That was the good part. The not so good part came in three parts. Firstly was the cost of replacing brakes and brake fluids which were identified as needing some attention - at over £550 it was a shock and I have managed to secure a better price elsewhere. Secondly, I was promised the car back by 2pm but I had to ring at 3.30pm only to find it had been ready since lunchtime? The third part is the removal of the complimentary car valeting service. I know this is inconsequential in itself but following the shock of the cost of repairs, and the fact it is a complimentary service offered by every other major dealer in the area, it just seemed like a slap in the face. The car valeting service was removed because of Covid but it has not been reinstated because of cost ? Thank god I didn’t spend the £550+ on brakes !! Warrington Motorparks, I know you can do better and I hope you will do in the future

Just bought a lovely used car. I only went to look at it after checking out the personalised video from Paul ... However, I never felt pressured at any time. It took some hard bargaining with Jacob and Yakub but I think I got a great deal. Just picked my car up. Had the usual extras offered but again not forced. Happy driver. Update. I’ve had a service agreement in place since I bought a little runaround car for my daughter, a student at university. I’ve always found the service provision at Warrington Motors to be exemplary - efficient, thorough and well explained. This year, largely due to the age of the car there was a great deal of additional expensive maintenance required that fell outside the service agreement. Warrington Motors Service team didn’t back away from telling me the bad news but also did their level best to keep the cost to a minimum explaining everything and why it was necessary before they proceeded. Not ideal in terms of expense but cannot fault the way they handled it and would recommend their Service Team, Sophie in particular as being thorough and professional.

Went on 2nd June, the measures they have put in place are fantastic to make you feel safe. I was initially welcomed by Nick who went through everything with me, left my car and they returned later in the day to collect. Sophie finalised all the paperwork for me and I decided to take out a service plan there and then and paid in full. The service in my opinion was fantastic, very polite, professional and friendly service. Obviously I would use again as I’ve taken the plan out but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Wow! I had a pretty good car-buying experience here 2 years ago when I got my Nissan Leaf. Josh rang me a few weeks back to suggest that I pop in to chat through options for changing the car. So I did! And I am so glad that I did! Josh was friendly, personable and extremely patient in listening to my needs for me and my family. He walked me round the cars and talked about the pros and cons of each make - guiding me to something that was within my budget and meets all our needs. Once I had narrowed down my options he took me on a test drive during which there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. A test drive can be nerve-wracking, but I felt relaxed and confident driving and got used to the various controls, clutch point etc. As it turns out, I was the first customer to buy from them since they became a Vauxhall Franchise! I have bought a year-old Vauxhall Grandstand X which was great value and does absolutely everything my family needs. I couldn't find my V5 on the day of handover and felt like a right numpty. Josh and the team were really great about it and helped me to chill out. I am recovering from a major breakdown and have anxiety - so buying a car could have been quite stressful.
