I had a couple of warranty issues with my Focus. I've not used this dealership for many years but needed somewhere different to look at my car & sort it out. Got an appointment easily & they kept me informed every step of the way even explaining what they'd done. The case has been left open just in the resolutions do not fix the problems, then they can go back to Ford technical for any further updates to the vehicle software. Even got a free visual health check. 👍

Couldn’t fault the customer service. I’ve dealt with Andy. My car got delivered on time, I marked up a few chipped paint marks that had been missed which were agreed to be fixed once I got a quote, my battery failed 2 days later and Pentagon have had it replaced. They are more than accommodating and I will definitely look at purchasing further cars from them. Easy to speak to, friendly and above all they look after their customers. Thank you

I booked my car in for an oil and filter change and a summer service. I particularly liked the fact they did a free health check which they videod, and this and a visual and paper online report was generated which I found most helpful and reassuring. However it is a main dealer and you do pay for these extras in the prices. I generally prefer main dealers as the dealerships have to abide by strict manufacturers franchise terms. It depends on what you need doing.

5 stars nearly Courteous staff happy to open up cars for inspection without any hard sell and I was left free to look around my car of choice. Then the process of negotiating was relaxed and honest. Car was ready the next working day as promised and only a couple of days after the initial sale. Fab. Never had an issue with any of the staff members here and never found them to be rude. Rang the service people to book my car in for a full service 🚗 they where very friendly, I booked it in for them to collect and deliver back to me 🚗 as I work night's. The chap turned up to collect and he was friendly, he took the car away then they sent me a live video of the service check they do personally I thought that was really good it gives you a full view of what's going on and you can clearly see if you have any issues, top class service. The only small complaint I have is my car is spotless and I had a plastic cover on my driver's seat and that didn't get returned ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🚗🚗🚗

Show room modern. Parts staff were helpful. I needed a very minor repair done to my car engine which if I'd had the tools I could have done myself. It would have taken less than 10 minutes to do, I would have to wait till the next day. It's disappointing that a main ford dealer couldn't carry out such a minor repair that day to help a customer proceed for their journey.

I recently visited Pentagon Ford in Warrington. I was unsure of what car I wanted so had a little walk round and sit in a few. All the staff seemed really friendly but gave us enough time to browse before approaching us (I like this as it was not at all pressured). The sales man we dealt with (Steven Wilkinson) was great, he took the time to show us the car we liked and everything it could do (extra gadgets and things) he took the time to explain the different options available to us and Let us go on a test drive there and then. Needless to say we bought the car from him and picked it up less than a week later. I would definitely recommend a visit, from the friendly receptionist to the helpful staff. Steven was helpful, informative and friendly throughout (also supplied me with afew coffees, which lots of garages don’t. It’s the nice little touches that make all the difference) If you are looking for a new car then I would definitely pop in to Pentagon Ford in Warrington. Thank you

I've been getting my car from Fords for over 4 years. This time I was given advice from Martyn Bretherton who was very experienced and for the first time I feel like I have got the car that is suitable for my needs. Martyn took the time to go through every detail with me he showed me the fuel savings I would be making switching to a diesel, he made sure I was happy with the mileage bracket I was put in. Martyn explained about the Gap insurance and how this worked, he explained all the gadgets in my new car and made sure I was happy, comfy before driving off. It is nice to deal with someone who puts the customer first, and wasn't just interested in getting a sale. I would recommend visiting Pentagon Ford Warrington and would definitely recommend Martyn especially if like me you don't really have a good knowledge of cars.

My son was let down badly by the local Vauxhall dealer and went on the off chance to this Ford dealership. The sales assistant was helpful and spent time finding out what my son wanted and could afford. Match him up with a new car which met his needs and didn't try to pressure him into buying there and then (held the deal open for him to sleep on it). My son is happy with his purchase and will go back at to this dealership again.

I have just bought a Ford Ranger from Tom Platt at Pentagon Ford. My experience with Tom and his colleagues was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. There was a couple of things about the vehicle that I was unsure about and hadn't taken in. However Tom has always been at the ready to explain everything. It's not cheap Got car back was making a scrapping noise took it back they said sorry had forgotten to tighten something up Last week car engine management light came on while on motorway and it stopped car needs new engine it's 8 years old with 76k on clock and full Ford service record Good point is with having a service at Ford you get 12 month breakdown

Always helpful and pleasant. Good service. I have taken may daughter's car in for service every year for the last four years and the service staff have always been friendly and helpful. Had a walk round video sent to me yesterday, for the first time. Well they needed to catch up with Honda et al who have been doing his for ages. They picked up on her slightly mis-spaced front plate for the MOT. Fair enough; but when I went to drive off, the new plate was lying on the floor, underneath the car. I think this new plate was slightly less legal than the original! Not difficult to dry a panel with a tissue before applying double sided tape. They resorted to screwing the new plate on, which personally I don't like, as you ruin the front panel in my opinion. Car also not as clean when picked up as on previous visits. Shame as have always been impressed.

I booked a test driving, because they told me the car was available. When I was on my way to the saloon, they sent a text message to me, saying the car has no MOT, and I can not try it. They told me they will notify me if the car is ready to run. But two days later they messaged me that the car did not pass the MOT.

I've had a fog light fault for months on end and they insisted it needed a new light assembly. .. it didn't. Ended up fixing myself by disconnecting battery for 10 mins to reset electronics (solution found via goofle)
