Super pleased with my recent purchase. 1st time buying a car without my dad present (and I'm in my thirties) so I was a bit nervous but Alex was so friendly and patient. He put me at ease and showed me how easy making such a big purchase can be. Before we knew it I was the owner of an XC40, which is the car I've always wanted. Part exchanged my old car as well, which again was such an easy process and I got a good price for it, which I was so happy about. Can't fault anything at all. All the staff there are so friendly. I have two cars regularly serviced at Rybrook Warrington. I always try to deal with Mike Marcroft, because I've been going there for more years than I can remember and Mike has always done his best to look after me and offers very good advice. This week it was no different except that this time I bumped into Yvonne Lowe, the Service Manager crossing the road outside the dealership and I was amazed when she said "Hello Peter"! How she could remember my name when we hadn't interacted for years beats me. I struggled to remember her first name. I should add that my wife's car was very clean, shiny and drove a lot better when I collected it than it did when I left it with them.

Just had my 2015 XC60 serviced and a front radar issue sorted. Mike Marcroft on the service desk was fantastic. The mechanic, Duncan, didn't just plug a computer in and read the fault code, he actually took the time to find the problem (misaligned module following a stone hit to the windscreen). All sorted. Very impressive and the kind of time and care you expect from independent garage but from the pros at Volvo 👍

We recently purchased a Volvo XC40 mild Hybrid from Rybrooks of Warrington. We cannot speak too highly of the service and attention provided by Rybrooks, from our first visit to the showroom to find out about the Volvo XC40, through to the delivery of the car itself. On our first visit to the showroom we met Alex Cosgrove from sales, who provided us with excellent detail on the technical aspects of the XC40, plus the options available for purchase of the car. We were also pleased that there was no 'hard sell' on the car. After initially being told that there was a 8-9 month lead time on delivery of a new car, we were delighted when Rybrooks were able to source an existing new model with our required specification for almost immediate deliverv. We got the car through the Care by Volvo scheme which seemed a great way to get the new car. The XC40 was our first ever Volvo purchase and one month after taking delivery we are delighted with the car. If you are considering a Volvo we can certainly recommend Rybrooks of Warrington. I am writing this review after my average review from my local volvo dealer who currently have my car. I got my V90 from Rybrook and the sales process back in 2019 was great and very supportive, after the test drive, 90% of it was done remote, and when I need a car to test on the drive, they were able to help. When it has come to the servicing again Rybrook have been great. Every time my car was in for service regular coms from Yvonne's team, if there are delays again phone calls to keep me up to date so I am able to plan. On my most recent service an issue updating the software on my car went wrong. After an apology as I had made my way to them I was told keep hold of the curtesy car. Although my car was ready the next day I was not able to collect it to later in the week, again no issues from them very supportive. I have to admit Rybrook really have excellent customer service and that is important. I would happily recommend them

I bought my car from Rybrook Volvo at the end of October 2020. We dealt with Lewis who was very helpful and kept us well informed throughout. We had planned to drive up and collect it on a Monday. The Thursday before, we found out that Warrington was going in Tier 3 on the Monday we had arranged to collect which meant that we couldn’t drive up. Lewis arranged for the car to be driven down on the Sunday. The driver talked me through how everything worked. It is the first time I have bought a Volvo and they are great cars. Picked up my brand new Volvo XC40 two weeks ago. I love it. Tim Newman was great, not pushy like some salesman can be. He was very professional and answered all of my questions clearly. He told me if I had any problems to give him a call. I thought I had a leak but wasn’t 100% sure due to the heavy rain the night before. Fantastic experience. I traded in an RS4 for an XC90 and dealt with Ashley who was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble. In previous purchases at other dealers I was waiting for calls back, salesmen were always with other customers, but Ash made me feel like the only customer he had, he even made up plates for me with my personalised number - without me even asking! Just the small touches which made a massive impression on me. I suspect after seeing the various bad reviews for this dealer and having actually visited the showroom myself, the people writing the bad reviews are the type of people that only ever share their bad experiences and don't give credit for good service. Nevertheless, my experience was delightfully easy, within a few minutes of making a phone call I was booked in for the next day to test drive one of the estate cars they had advertised online. I arrived the next day albeit 20 minutes early and was greeted by a young lady on reception who sat me down with a coffee whilst I patiently waited for the salesman to come free, 10 minutes later and I'm driving the estate car. Although I didn't choose to buy, I had a fantastic experience and felt it only fair to emphasise how well this dealership treated me.

I have just purchased my second car from Volvo Rybrook, in Warrington despite this not being my nearest Volvo dealership. The first was as a result of a CarWow deal which the dealership honoured, the second being down to the excellent service and attention displayed by all the staff we encountered, from the servicing department to the salesroom. I have recently upgraded from a V40, which I loved and still felt like a brand new car (no issues in almost 4 years) to an XC40, which I adore. I was assisted with the order and the delivery by Alex and also had access to a product expert, who I think was called Tim. Both members of staff were highly knowledgeable and extremely patient, not only answering mine and my husband's questions, but also the constant random questions from an excitable 6 year old. Alex's endless patience ability to share information and remain friendly and professional, whilst interacting with an eager young child were highly commendable! Alex answered any enquiries and emails promptly and courteously and explored various options for us, without ever making us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He was even in cahoots with my husband to have the car registered with a personal number plate, which came as a total surprise to me! He made us fully aware of any options open to us, including additional cover and insurance policies, but without any hard sell. Thank you Rybrook Volvo, Warrington for "Darth Tall". I'm sure we'll love him as much as we did "Darth Volvo"!

As a motability customer you're often met with salesmen that really can't be bothered to deal with you. But not here. This place is the best I have ever been in to shop for a new car on the scheme in 15 years. I must say the customer service I have continueously received from Mike and the service team at Volvo Warrington has been excellent. I am a high miles company car driver so my accept my V40 will develop the odd maintenance fault here and there. I brought my car into the garage at 4pm yesterday as it had gone into “limp” mode on the motorway. They had the fault in the turbo diagnosed within an hour, got me back on the road with a courtesy car as they needed to order the part in and had it fitted and fixed by 9am the next day. I won’t take my Volvo anywhere else for a service or maintenance.

Stopped by to pick up some oil for my new v40 as top up light had just come on whilst on the road for a week. I had never had to top up between services before so never bought any in last 20 years of Volvo cars. Having priced up on Amazon, my first stop for all shopping, I decided I could not risk waiting till I got home. I just made it here before they closed and the parts man was so helpfull and to top it all I only paid half what Amazon wanted and knew I had the correct product for the car. If this garage was not 200 miles from home I would defiantly be back.
