I CANNOT recommend this dealership enough: in particular Richard!! I was recommended to go and speak to him about buying a new car from a friend who has had several Audis off him previously- and my god…. She wasn’t wrong about him. What a gentleman- and a man in the know!! Yes- he is a salesman but he has a lovely temperament and approach: in no way is he pushy or brash. He listens to what you want & takes everything on board. He took his time with me through the whole process and made me feel very at ease! It was a HUGE step for me buying an Audi and treating myself to a stunning new car. Very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I took my recently purchased (different dealer), used Audi S1 to them for a free health check. It was straightforward to book over the phone and when I arrived on the day they made notes of bits and pieces I'd like checked while up on the ramps. Westbrook Asda is a 15 min walk from them, which gives you something to do instead of waiting around outside. I got an email once they were done, with a useful video of the inspection. They highlighted that brakes and tyres where the main issue (confirmed what I expected) but also spotted the tyre repair sealent is out of date. Other parts I asked about where all good (drive shafts, CV boots, track rode play). I'm grateful to them. These days you don't get much for free, so having my car looked at by a trained pair of eyes that know the car, is fantastic. Gave me peace of mind that my used Audi was in decent order. Another plus point; it was great to see hygiene being taken seriously. We were all wearing face coverings and maintaining social distancing while talking. Good common sense throughout my visit.

Overall I was satisfied with the service from Warrington Audi. My only issue was when I placed the order it was with the understanding that I was in no rush to change and was told that when I placed the order it would be a factory order and would take at least 6 months to complete. The salesperson then contacted me 2 months later to say the car would be at the dealership by the end of the month. If I had known it would be so quick I would have waited till later to change as I was only 2 years into a 3 year deal.

The only let down which meant I didn’t give five stars was as on collection the vehicle only had just above a quarter of a tank of fuel. Anywhere else I’ve ever bought a vehicle on collection you get a full tank to drive away in as standard.

People are quick to give negative comments, myself included, but not positive when it is rightfully due. Went into Warrington Audi to look at an S3 that was advertised. Couldn’t find it on the car park, so enquired inside. Turned out it had been sold. Not very happy at all about this. So asked if they could give me a price on my TT while I was there. A sales person called Richard Robinson checked my car out & came back with a great price. He looked into the S3 for me & found that the person wanting the car couldn’t get finance on it. So we worked out a great deal, including 2 free services & I pick the car up tomorrow. Can I just say, main dealers get a bit of flak as you know. But what a top genuine bloke Richard is, I will be using you again, well done Audi Warrington.

Great service. Went in for a repair on my car and they were manage to find the fault and fix it no problem and the price was a fair price. Might pay abit more then a normal garage but it is done properly and fixed in no time. After taking to other garages to get the fault fixed with no hope, Audi sorted it no problem and after it was done, they clean your car no extra charge.

Very efficient and friendly service. The option to drop off your vehicle at 7:15 am is of a great benefit to those who work. What could be improved is to provide time slots for drop off, this would speed up the transition of handing over your vehicle as they queue would be reduced.

Purchased two car from here recently, I dealt with Ian Morton who came across very good and I would deal with again.The first car was without fault, second one for my son was spoiled by issues with paint condition. Albeit this was eventually sorted the sales manager Sean came across as unprofessional. It came clear that that he tried to cut corners and a poor preparation showed stone chips and scratches, when he stated the 3 month old car would be perfect and any issues would be sorted before collection. The car was held back for 2 days as it was allegedly being fixed. We had to return the car for a proper preparation, I.e. re paint a bonnet and full polish. To discuss the repair cost in front of the customer is not professional. I was certainly not a pushy customer but expect to be treated properly. Shame that this has spoiled what should have been a good experience.

The only problem I had and was a little bit concerned about was that during the service I had a message stating that my brakes at the rear of the car had a problem. Considering my car had just been through a service & an MOT just 2 months before, no advisories on MOT and I’d hardly done any mileage I fail to see how the brakes pads etc could have worn down in such little time. I think because I am a blonde female they expected me to panic & believe every word and pay the £330 needed to “fix” the problems. I have a mechanic in my family who checked over the car & no work is currently needed. So I can’t say I’m very trusting of the garage in future. I personally for this above problem do not use garages like this. I go to someone I know and trust.

I bought a used Audi A5 from Warrington audi, I bought the car and travelled 300miles to collect. There was a couple of problems with a tyre and a scratch. Chris Thompson the sales manager intervened and was superb, he got things sorted there and then and made a promise which he honoured, I had to recontadt a few weeks later regarding an emergency key, again Chris did all required and arranged for my local dealer to carry out the work and ensured they were billed directly. After waiting over 4 hours for (Lex Auto-Lease) to authorise a repair, staff at Warrington Audi kept me fully in the loop with all updates and progress during that time. Lex had dragged their feet with the authorisation, however the incredible (Jade Price) had been persisting politely with Lex and after 4 hours of graft, she managed to get through to the powers that be and established the go-ahead for the work to be done.... She didn’t stop there, Jade realised that the time to get the repair done wouldn’t fall within the service department’s closing time at 17:30pm - however, she managed to talk round an engineer to stay over 1hr 30mins from his own time to complete the work for me as she recognised my company car wasn’t safe for me to drive in its current state (with no courtesy car arranged by Lex)... I can’t thank Jade and the engineer enough. A perfect example of going way above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Warrington Audi, I’ll be back to buy my private car with you next February! ❤️

Well after being told by a local Audi dealer to look somewhere else I decided to use Warrington Audi ...I was met by John and told him what I was looking for in the purchase of a Q3,Within weeks John had found the car I was looking for ..As I was waiting on the funds to be in my bank I had the side steps put on ,On the 30th of November I arrived to pay in full and collect my car, On the hand over I was given the check sheet and was told everything was fine ,Being that I was paying in full for a premium brand vehicle I trusted that what Audi told me was correct it was only when I got the chance to look in detail that I found faults for example:-Worn window screen wipers,A bulge in the rear tyre passenger side the speaker cover on the door card passenger side broke scratches that Audi Warrington said would be done before collection I also paid for body work protection treatment that’s debatable!!!! There was dog hair still in the boot after the valet this coupled with the constant creeking coming from the drivers seat on a journey only ads to my disappointment....To say I’m regretful of my purchase is a understatement!!! This is now in the hands of AUDI UK .I have had to spend more time at my local Audi for them to have to sort these problems and then be told that on inspection the front drivers side tyre is under the legal limit.
