A. D.Called in at 16:30 on a Friday. The employee behind the parts desk doing absolutely nothing decided to tell me (after ignoring me for 5 minutes), that the woman who does the parts had gone home earlier and they had all finished work now. Numerous staff stood round talking with each other.
RRG Stockport have a department of trained staff who can help with parts and always go the extra mile to help and have sensible opening hrs on a Friday. This company needs to move with the times and work more proactively

I was buying my car towards the end of 2018, and it was quite difficult for them to prepare the car for sale and hand it over to me before the year was out, as most staff were off for Christmas. They still provided a top notch service, with a good product at what I believe is an unbeatable price point. Would fully recommend going in for a chat if you're looking for a new car.
