Fantastic service from Dacia Watford. Yousof was organised, professional, polite and went above and beyond to help us. He made us feel both welcome and valued customers - and kept in regular contact with useful information. From start to finish, an absolute pleasure. It’s clear the management and team here are going to great efforts to look after their clients, and they are an example for others to follow. I went to Watford with just the intent of test driving a brand new Duster as I already had a good offer with another dealership. Robin is one of the nicest car salesman I have come across. He was not pushy at all but in the nicest possible way was able to negotiate with us and pretty much matched the deal I had already secured. I wasn't expecting the car for a few weeks due to COVID-19 related delays but Robin had the car ready for me within the week! My experience of car dealerships near London has previously not been great, but I was I was amazed at how friendly Robin and his team at Watford are and their willingness to put the customer first. Highly recommend Dacia Watford!

I'd recommend Dacia Watford because initially Ishan the salesman was very honest, helpful and no pushy style. Presented us with the options and left us to consider it ourselves. When we went to buy we negotiated a good price then the handover was simple and made very easy by Ishan. Excellent service and support.

Great service provided when I needed work carried out on my 2014 Dacia. The team there were really helpful, particularly Iain, Alison and Rob, who were very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renault Watford in future. Dog friendly showroom too which was a bonus!

This is the second service to my Dacia.You may have carried out the service well but I don't expect much needed to be done to a two year old car. For the second time my car was returned without being washed.When your operative phoned up to obtain payment for the service I was told that my car has had the service and it will be returned to me soon,it is being washed and cleaned right now. That was an absolute lie as the car was retuned without being cleaned.This is the second time I have been lied to.I complained about this after the first service but this lie has happened again at the second service.I don't care if it is not your policy to return a car in a clean condition (other dealerships do I know as I own another car} but do not lie by saying that it will be returned to me soon,it is just being washed.
