Super impressed with the servicing team. Used for the third year running for Annual service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Collection of car by them means it doesn't interfere with my day at all. First MOT this year was included in the service plan and results were emailed to me swiftly with a video from the mechanic. There was a box available to ask questions and the response from mechanic was immediate. A great job all round.

I had my Hyundai Tucson delivered by Simon last Friday and love it. My first contact was with Inga who was very helpful and remained my main contact throughout the purchase. They got the car over from another Hyundai dealer for me because it was easier for me to get to Watford. Marc was my contact when I viewed it on Sunday and he was lovely. Not pushy, not like some car sales people. We agreed the purchase price and any minor points I wanted repaired. Lovely car, very happy with the service from all of the team. Would use them again, but not planning of parting with this car for some time.

This is my car's 3rd service at Watford Hyundai. I was sent a reminder of my pending service & MOT in good time & that was followed-up with a phone call. Even though the Monday ended up being an unexpected bank holiday (meaning they now had to re-shuffle all of Monday's bookings over the rest of the week, my car was still serviced on the Tuesday as arranged with 'phone calls during the day as to the progress. The customer service at the front desk was excellent. The idea of sending the client a video of the car's under-carriage as they check is great. (1st time I've received this). I would definitely recommend them.

Staff were very helpful but it is not clear on arrival where the disabled parking is and the car park was very full. I had to push my husband up a steep hill in his wheelchair to access the showroom because we parked in the normal car park. Once inside the staff were helpful and we ordered our new motability vehicle with ease. I would suggest the disabled parking is better sign posted as its not clear where it is

The Hyundai Endeavour Watford team have been a pleasure deal with.
Tony, the sails person we dealt with did did not use high pressure tactics, was open and transparent with all our questions and about the state of the vehicle in question.
The vehicle was delivered clean, with a full MOT and having just been serviced. The odd worn out bit and bob such as plastics or a tier where replaced leaving the vehicle almost as good as new.
It is rare to revive this type of treatment when buying a car.

Went for a test drive of electric vehicle. Lovely staff, well-versed with the specifications. Answered all queries well and promptly. Parking a bit scarce, but the staff move the cars around for you or you can find parking down the road, if you don't turn into the entrance, but carry on along the road. Coins needed to park though.

The team at Endeavour Watford were very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I was able to take delivery my Kona EV after there were issues getting it transferred into my company name because of the ClickToBuy process. What at first looked like a nightmare scenario of having to cancel my order and wait another 10 months was soon taken care of by Mark and his team, and I had every confidence they would sort it out. Well having been waiting 6 months for delivery at my local dealers in Yorkshire I eventually became aware of a cancelled order at endeavour watford.
I emailed sales man Tony Crannage expressing an interest in the car and next day quickly agreed on a price. As it was Xmas and new year with bank Holidays communication was difficult however Tony and Mark in finance pulled out all the stops to get the car ready for me and prepped in approx 10 days and threw in a tank of fuel. We upgraded our 2011 Santa Fe to the 2021 Hybrid Santa Fe and have had to travel all the way to Watford to get the car, and I can it's been worth it. The guys at Endeavour Watford (Inga, Alan and Mark) were delightful sales people and I am very glad we came to this dealership. Mark in particular was very helpful and threw in a lot of concessions for us, including getting the car delivered to us, despite being outside of their catchment area. My ix35 developed a tyre pressure fault (sensor). Cliff was amazing with the customer care I received, keeping me updated with the location of the part (as it had to be ordered in), almost on a daily basis (which was appreciated). Due to technical constraints beyond Hyundai Watfords control (delays due to Covid, etc), an alternative solution was required and implemented. (Aaron in services was also knowledgeable and helpful).

Always a smooth process getting the car booked in for a service. Never had any issues, they text when the car is ready to pick up and the staff are friendly. The only gripe I have is with the guys that clean the car after its serviced. The cloths they use are filthy and judging by the fine scratchy swirl marks in the paint work, full of grit. I appreciate the fact they give you a free car wash but they really need to change their cloths periodically.

I had great service from Marc and Adam, Marc was very informative and knowledgeable throughout the test drive. Adam worked really hard to get me the best possible deal on finance. Car was ready on the day as promised. Only issue I had was plastic coverings still left on the engine and battery cover (must be from factory?) but this was minor, easily removable.

Sophie accompanied me on a test drive in the i10 and really put me at my ease as I felt quite nervous driving a different car to the one I was used to. Sophie was very knowledgable and professional throughout the whole process of buying a car and explained all the various options regarding finance, insurance etc. When I picked the vehicle up a couple of days later, Sophie dealt with all the necessary documents including taxing the vehicle. As promised, I received a follow up call from Sophie a few days later to enquire how I was getting on with the new vehicle.
