First comments i have to say is Well done to Affiz for being professional, curtious and customer focused, and for collecting me from the train station. The Manager and his team, including Gemma, were fantastic, all staff made an effort to welcoming you as you came through the door, i felt as if i new them befor i had met them. This was due to the communication i had from the first enquiry i made, to arriving at the the garage to view the car. It was a great memorable experience and even though i felt apprehensive about buying a car i was made to feel important an not under any pressure to buy. On arriving at the garage they had parked the car at the front, a Volvo V60 D4, it was everything i expected and more, clean and sparkling from bumper to bumper, from the time taken to explain every part of the process involved to driving away in my car. I had bought my car from here a year ago. That was a good experience. And today I visited the Service shop for the 1st year maintenance. The service I received is excellent. Kevin was very helpful for collecting my car and delivering it at the end. He also kindly replied all my questions. The car was cleaned before the delivery (that may be usual part of the service but still a nice touch). I do not know if all service shops do the same but at the end of the maintenance they send a text message with a link to a video recording showing the status of the car and what is done. Thanks to all. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent service from my purchase last year through to my vehicle service last week. The sales staff are excellent and Kevin in the Service Department was extremely helpful and well informed. I've taken out a service plan to cover my vehicle for the next 3 years at a discounted rate, so that's money in my pocket straight away! The service went without a hitch and I even got a video showing a couple of things to be replaced in due course. A courtesy car was provided for the day and my car was cleaned both outside and in when I picked it up!! What more could you ask for. I would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a VW Passat through Heycar online. It was the first time I had used that site and was a little nervous. I paid the deposit on the Saturday night. First thing Sunday morning I had a call from Affiz who talked me through the process and sent us a video of the vehicle he recorded at my request. We then drove down to view the car. What a great experience!! Have been to many car dealerships over the years and have to say WOW!! Usman was the consummate professional, diligent, patient and friendly. Prakash was an excellent sales advisor, taking time to fully explain all the features of the XC90 Inscription model I was looking to buy, enabling me to get the most out of my test-drive. He even came to my house to test out whether the car would fit into my narrow parking space (which it did) - literally going the extra mile. Mano for his speedy & accurate diagnosis, his following repairs & general professionalism in completing the jobs required which I'm delighted to report appear to now be all rectified. It was my son's wedding in Liverpool last weekend so obviously I needed the car to be reliable throughout, but it was better than that, it ran beautifully & with no re-occurrence of any of the recent problems. I would like to thank Jordan personally for taking such a keen interest in the work being carried out on my Volvo, & particularly for his efforts in making a claim on Volvo UK for a contribution towards the unexpected premature failure of the specific components regarding the EGR system. I bought the car from brand new from Volvo Watford & have had every service done there & the car has now done 89000 miles. For Jordan to achieve a contribution of 100% parts & labour, I can't thank him enough. Loyalty certainly goes both ways & I thank Volvo Watford & Volvo UK for that. I have always been a great believer in loyalty, & having had Volvo's for as long as I can remember, particularly after the excellent service Volvo Watford have given me last week, I am delighted to continue to have my Volvo serviced with these guys & will certainly look very favourably upon the company when eventually looking to replace my current vehicle. You really know that you’ll excellent customer service get when buying a car from a Volvo dealership. I’ve purchased Volvo Selekt (Used Volvos from a main dealership) cars for many years so I didn’t even feel the need to test drive this one before committing to a purchase. The online description and extensive photographs were quite enough, that, along with a personalised video and discussion with Affiz, to make an informed decision. As always the sales staff were highly personable and efficient? Affiz and Gemma were both excellent, informative and welcoming and are a real credit to the sales team at Endeavour Volvo (Watford). Great coffee too! Thank you both for for making the (unexpected) purchase of another Volvo XC 60 such a pleasure. (My previous one was a total loss because of the actions of a third party and I needed to act quickly). Bought a new Volvo last year. Brought the car in for its first service today. Usually I have my car serviced at a local (non-dealer) garage, but as the car is still in warranty I had to take it to a Volvo dealer for its service. All in all I am left with mixed feelings. - The staff all were friendly but not very efficient. - Some items I wanted looked at when I booked the service weren't rectified (loose panels bodywork). - As with all modern cars these days, everything is about the computer. All personalised settings (seating, lights, locking, mirrors, trip computer) were wiped from the system. All in all, I feel I paid quite a lot of money for an oil change. Additional: received a follow - up call after my visit. Another appointment was booked and all got sorted in the end. In summary: shakey start, but very good recovery. Will take my car there for its next service.

Seriously posh location and large versus say the one in Hendon or Seven Sisters. Yet they were a bit dismissive and snooty when I popped in for some Volvo brand screenwash. I drive a top end estate, (XC70 T6 POLESTAR) and yet I really wouldn't want to take my car there for service. I kinda need to feel some degree of engagement with the customer. The place I take my only two year old car to is miles away....and they are lovely to every single punter that steps through the door. Pity, as it looks fab and is very local.
