I contacted Tom before I took delivery of our new car to discuss a protection package with ceramic coating. He was able to provide a comprehensive list of what the package included and also the various add-ons available, which we were able to discuss on the phone too. I’m so pleased with the results, the paintwork is like a mirror. He was punctual, friendly and most importantly takes pride in his work! Would definitely recommend and will most certainly be booking his services again. Thank you Tom!

I had white overspray all over my car and thought the paint was far too gone. Got into contact with Tom from Hertscarspa and he came down to me, he went over the whole process to make me feel reassured. I went to work and left my car with Tom with my car two different colours and I came back from work to see my car totally transformed. No overspray in sight, paint felt like glass and looked like a mirror. Interior was like factory new! Safe to say I’ll be using his services again. If your looking at getting your car valeted by Tom I would 100% recommend him.

WOW! Tom did my new car today, first time , from a recommendation. He lacquered and gave it weatherproof treatment and valet inside. Being an auto glym fan, I loved the products he used. On time, hardworking, great at what he does, and a lovely guy. I’m booking in 2 months for management so the car stays gorgeous. Little extras I loved, he took time to look at the car in detail for existing scratches( 2 I never knew of!) and offered to get me a colour touch up stick. Leaving his card on the passenger seat, lovely touch, and taking time to polish the exhausts. . I loved the steam lines on the inside mats. First class. Amazing value for 5 hours work. Excellent service from the HCS team yet again. Been using them for 3 years now and they are always very reliable and professional. I have both of my cars booked in on a monthly maintenance plan and they also carry out additional paint correction work when needed. Tom has also painted the callipers on one of my previous vehicles and I was amazed with the outcome. Tom came with me to a local dealership when I purchased my new car to check over the body work and noticed some imperfections to the paintwork that I would never have seen. They are very honest and I never feel like they are trying to ‘rip me off’ so I’ll be using them for years to come 👍🏼

Tom was very professional about the work he carried out on my very neglegeted black Civic Type R. (paint swirls the main issue) Tom, carried out a full inside, outside wash, wheels off and cleaned throughout, arches, cleaned the brakes and painted / tidied up, engine bay clean, exhaust tips clean and coat, clay bared, paint correction, full Interior clean, with leather clean on the seats, steering wheel and full glass sealeant. When I picked the car up, I was gob-smacked at how good the car looked, I had to double take to check it was the same car. Not only that, it was at a very good price compared to the competitors. Outstanding work by Tom and will from now on only take my cars to Tom @ Herts Car Spa. Look forward to booking in again soon!

Tom was recommended to me by a friend who waxed :) lyrical about his services, and I am so glad he did. Tom detailed two cars for us (Ford S Max and BMW M5) followed by a paint protection treatment on the BMW. Both are four years old but looked like new when he was finished. Just had the pleasure of Tom @ herts car spa doing a full detail of a lovely F10 M5 BMW. WHAT A GREAT JOB! Although the car has been very much loved, Tom and Herts Car Spa have brought a beautiful car fully back to life. My 18+ year-old pride and joy (a 911) looked like it had just been wheeled off the forecourt once Tom had worked his magic.
