I was picked up from the station after a 200 mile journey no questions asked, Mike offered to pick me up when he asked where I was coming from without hesitation, I was driven direct to the car, communication in-between was direct and impeccable, I thought my previous cars dealer had set the bar in term of communication and customer service , Mike and his driver has set the bar further up the chain in terms of customer service BMW 330d MSport Saloon If it's on sale and onsite, it's clean and straight, I had a look at a few other cars he had whilst he arranged the paperwork I was pretty impressed, will go to again coming from Swansea S.Wales

I bought a 2009 Ford Focus from Mike and I was very pleased with the effort Mike made to keep me happy. He collected me from Watford train station in the car, we went to his site and I looked over the car. I wanted two things to be done to the car, paintwork on the passenger side door and to have the back window to work. Mike done this and left my car with a full tank of fuel and fully Valeted. I will be getting my next car from here also. I would thoroughly recommend MW car sales to anyone that wants a good quality second hand car.

Couldn't be more helpful, had problems with other dealers not advising that the car had been sold before we got there, but Mike called me as soon as I made an inquiry and remembered who I was when I had called previously.
