Edd and Rosie are a fantastic team at Moorlake, we purchased our campervan in March 2021 from them and went on several adventures all year, buying the vehicle was very straight forward. In Jan 2022 we decided to sell our van, approaching Edd they immediately helped to advertise the vehicle and sold it straight away, professional and very easy, I would highly recommend them every time.

From my first (of many) calls with Rosie, then to John and then to meeting Ed at Camper King to spec the van the guys were brilliant. The communication was great, they kept me up to date, offered advice, answered all my questions and kindly got some fuel in my van (during the 'shortage' in October) to enable me to get on the road back to Scotland. As a customer I felt that nothing was too much trouble and made the whole experience of buying a van, from the other end of the country without even seeing it a simple one. Highly recommended! I cannot fault the service we received from Ed, John and the team at Moorlake. It started when I sent a web enquiry while browsing on a Sunday, and received not 1, but 2 responses from them to answer my question even though they were closed. The same level of service continued right through the purchase, from our first visit and test drives, through choosing and customising the campervan and collecting the finished van. It hasn't stopped there either as we've taken our first few trips and got to know the van and had questions etc, they've been more than happy to help us with all our stupid questions. The Camper King conversion has been great but should we ever buy another in future, our first stop will be Moorlake.

Had a very positive experience purchasing a VW T6 from Moorlake. John and Ed are extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the camper vans they sell which made the process very straightforward. We had quite specific requirements about how we wanted our camper to look and function and Ed and John were very helpful in meeting this specification. Nothing was too much trouble. They have a good selection of vans with advice based on their own personal campervan travel experiences. Recently bought a camper van from Moorlake after a great deal of searching and research. We popped by Moorlake one Saturday and met John who was absolutely brilliant in talking us through both the stock they had, but more importantly, what they could do with sourcing a van and getting it converted by Camper King who they use. Within 5 min of driving away John had sourced a choice of 2 T6 Transporters with all the spec and mileage we had asked for. We chose one and then was invited up to Camper King headquarters to meet one of Johns associates, Ed to choose all the internal colors, trim and wheels. Both the experience at Camper King and the help given by Ed was exemplary. A few weeks later John personally picked us up from the train station to collect our totally brilliant new T6 conversion camper. Even when we had a minor teething problem with the van, John drove all the way down to Bournemouth from Watford to personally come and fix the problem. If you want fantastic service, trustworthy knowledge and advice and high professional integrity across the board I couldn't recommend these guys any more highly. PS. Bought a Cooper S from Ed at Moorlake and the service was second to none. Unfortunately the car had a few issues which they went over and above to resolve. Turned out the car had some major electrical faults which could't be cured unless it went back to BMW. Ed was hugely apologetic and offered me 3 very reasonable solutions; Full Refund, some cash back to take the car to a specialist, or a choice of replacement Minis (nothing took my fancy). I accepted his offer of a full refund which was in my account before I got back to my office (30 yards away). Although I didn't end up with a car from these guys I can only judge them on service which was exceptional. Next time I'm in the market for a second hand car it'll be the first place I go.

I never really trust or firmly believe in reviews as they could be written by anyone. However, when I called Moorlake's and spoke to Ed several occasions the description of Ed in other reviews is 100% accurate. He gave me top money for trading in my vehicle and a reduction of the car I purchased from them. Without doubt I will definately deal with these guys in the future.

We were looking to replace my car with something a bit different and happened to come across Moorlake. They had a number of cars and VW campers on display on their forecourt, so we stopped to have a look. Everyone at Moorlake was more than willing to help us out and show us around the campers, they even suggested we try one for a weekend, an offer we took them up on. Having spent a weekend on the Jurassic Coast in the wind and rain, we fell in love with the idea of a VW camper. The problem we thought might be that they did not quite have the right van for us. That was not a problem we were assured by John, he would find us a suitable VW van and as they were in partnership with Camper King arrange the conversion, how we wanted it. We were invited to Camper King where John met us, talked us through the various options and finally a decision was made with John also sourcing the spec of van we wanted. The build took slightly longer than expected, due to the virus restrictions and lockdowns, but John kept us informed all the way. On delivery of the camper, we were delighted with it, and John and his team were there happy and willing to talk us through everything, all be it at a distance. We have not managed to get away for a night in the camper yet but still us it as a daily driver. We cannot thank John and his team at Moorlake for all their help and assistance, nothing was too much of an issues for them and we look forward to many a happy camping trip in our one off camper.

A fair price but the car developed a problem (which I hadn’t noticed on the test drive) before collection. They insisted on completing the repair at considerable cost to themselves then enhanced the warranty on the car to give me peace of mind moving forward. The environment there is relaxed with no pressure and honesty. Personally I much prefer that kind of seller over high pressure/fancy showrooms where you can’t relax.
