All staff are very friendly and polite. Having using previous dealerships for servicing closer to north London, which have been awful, Palmers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable even if you have an older car. I have dealt with the service department for a recent MOT and full service for a C4. I was extremely happy with the service I had received. They also provided a short video of the vehicle via mobile when they were servicing it, which I have never had at other dealerships before. I have also dealt with Dave in the parts dept who is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure you receive your parts in time - even directly from France. Will recommend and will definitely be back.

Meticulously explained Citroen guarantees, 4-year Citroen Warranty, free MOT and 1-year roadside assistance. He was able to offer finance if we required it. I saw the car online and sent an email. The reply was very quick. I spoke to Damien who was a very nice young man and said he would prepare the car for me to go and have a test drive that day. I went for the test drive and again Damian was helpful infomative but above all not pushy. The car was what I wanted they gave me what I wanted for my car and all went superbly well. Decent service. I took my car here to be fixed after a minor breakdown. They were very helpful in arranging for me to bring the car in at short notice. I sometimes found it tricky to get hold of the service department on the phone, but once I did get through to somebody the level of service was good. Prices are what you would expect for a main dealer. A small problem with my car when I went to pick it up was dealt with swiftly and the staff were very apologetic.

From the time I entered until I drove my new car home, I felt like a valued customer! I only wanted a quote but both Ola and Jamey worked their magic by listening to my needs and delivering above and beyond from The start. The purchase wasn't plane sailing, however any unforeseen hiçcups were dealt with professionally and promptly. I now drive my new Ds3 shark grey car with pride, knowing that everything I wanted from a car has been given to me. I would suggest getting the Ds3 with built in sat nav as the mirrorlink does not work so well with samsung a3. Requires a chargeable app premium to work properly, however everything else has pushed this aside. I would like to thank Josh for his time in explaining the cars functions to me and Chloe for going above and beyond with her customer service. The car comes with more in the basic model than an audi or the mini..drives like a treat..very economical..twin exhaust and unbelievably powerful for a 1.2 engine! If you want to be genuinely listened to and treated with a can do attitude TEAM then..palmers citroen Watford is the place to go! I have always been a German engine girl but can happily say after dealing with this team for a couple of months..citroen will have my service for years to come.
