I had previously had a very horrendous experience with another dealership and was very skeptical to say the least when I contacted Buckingham VW Audi to go view a car, however from the get go Billy put me at complete ease. The customer service and genuine care received to ensure I got the right car for me was evident from the start. I came to view the vehicle and was given the keys and went to view it at my leisure and without scrutiny - they gave me as long as I needed and equally the same with the test drive. Billy answered all my questions thoroughly and what I loved in particular was it felt like he wanted me to find my perfect car vs just trying to sell me a car which makes the whole experience very different. He told me not to rush and simply to go home and have a think about it. I didn't end up purchasing but that was simply because I ideally wanted a black Audi vs a white with all my criterias which I was unfortunately at this time they didn't have. Even when I informed Billy of this he was so lovely and graceful about it and seemed genuinely pleased I found my car. When I initially called to let him know I was going for a viewing elsewhere he told me to call him if I needed any help regarding any particular questions to do with Audi- noone else would do this! I looked at 3 cars whilst I was there and also in terms of condition they were in fantastic condition and well cared for at the dealership. If I need an Audi in future I will 100% look here first!! Thank you for reminding me there are still nice genuine people/ Car dealerships out there! :)

As a treat for my wife, I was tasked with finding the perfect car for her. This came with its own problems as the car she wanted (Audi A5 convertible) was a rare car to find in the colour and spec she required. I found a few online but Buckingham VW AUDI had the perfect one. By perfect I mean, I could trust the car. Its condition was great and any questions I had could be answered very quickly and easily without any fluffing. I.E Service History, condition of leather. If they was no mention of a feature in the car description, it meant that the car didn't have it. very comprehensive descriptions. I spoke with Billy who must have been completely overrun given that he was one of the few working during Covid. Never the less he was a great representation of what I believe this company to stand for and is honest, to the point and doesn't unnecessarily try to oversell the vehicle. This means a pleasant buying experience overall with honest feedback and suggestions. I personally change cars multiple times a year and have experienced many car dealerships. This one I can honestly say I would return to without any hesitation.

I bought a pre-owned car from Bill a month ago. I want to share my experience so far. Buying car; the car was exactly the same as what Bill told on the phone. I tested the car and bought it. It had been a smooth process from the first minute. At that time, Bill gave me some advice about my previous car as well, which he does not need to do, and helped me a lot. The first month; I was enjoying the car but after the first-month had a coolant leakage problem. I called the office. That moment was I noticed making the right choice of buying a vehicle from Buckingham vw -audi. They gave me an appointment and ordered the necessary replacement part from Germany. I needed the car at that time, and they offered me a temporary car if I am not feeling safe to drive it. They solve the problem in the second appointment(in 5 days). They have fantastic service, friendly team and environment. I advise them to all my friends without any hesitation and will be back again for my second car.

We recently had searched the country for a very hard to find Audi TT convertible in an extremely Rare limited edition colour. I spoke to one Audi dealership who said in the 6 years he'd worked there, not ONE of the cars we coveted had ever come through his doors!! Not so the case for Buckingham VW Audi dealership!! Let alone, to have such a low milage, pristine, perfect example!!! We travelled from Rutland to Woking to look at the car. We dealt with Dean. Who was absolutely amazing! Warm, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with .So much so, that within half an hour. We had paid a very reasonable deposit!! That's how impressed we where with Dean and his colleagues!! We where told we would have to wait two weeks. As the convertible roof wasn't up to Thier highly exacting standards. We where even given a choice of what colour roof we would like as a replacement. In this time. We had constant phone calls and emails, from Dean and his colleagues, keeping us informed and constantly up to date on the pogress of our new car. Which was hugely reassuring. The car was then ready 5 days earlier than expected!! Along side fitting a new convertible roof, they did a full mot and service. To say we where thrilled with the service is an enormous understatement!! We where given a 12 month warranty on the car. And told that because of how far away we lived .we could go to another garage closer to home for any reason we may need to . Which after owning the car for around a fortnight now, won't be necessary at all!! The car is like brand new! Inside and out! And it's 8 years old, honestly it looks brand new! So much so, we had countless comments from people at petrol stations, on how much they like the car, random people praising the car. Unexpected admiration from total strangers!! We are absolutely thrilled with the car, it's faultless! We have done nearly 600 miles inside fortnight! Not because of travelling to work or alike. Because we both love the car so much, we are inventing trips, destinations and excuses to drive it at any chance we get!!! We can not say thank you enough to Dean and all his colleagues at Buckingham VW Audi! So impressed where we with the level of service and all round professionalism. We have decided that for any work or the servicing of the car we would rather travel two and a half hours to only use Buckingham VW Audi, than use any other garage/dealership! That's how impressed we are with the level or professionalism and standards of service. They have two customers for life!! We are actually look forward to the cars service in a year, to go back to deal with Dean and his colleagues again! And we I'll be buying more car's from there And only there!! We would like to thank Dean especially, as he made buying a car, easy, comfortable, reassuringly safe feeling and even pleasurable!!! How many people can say they found buying a car pleasurable!!??? I was unsure if I wanted an Audi A3 or an Audi A5. I popped along to see Billy, what a lovely man. Not a typical pushy car salesman like a lot of them and his knowledge on the cars is amazing. I am a very fussy person and everything has to be right. I was going with the A3 convertible which was absolutely beautiful. Took it out for a test drive and said I want this but then I saw the car of my dreams, an Audi A5 convertible. I thought Billy might not be happy as I wanted to take this on a test drive but he said to not a problem and that I need to get the car that’s right for me. As I said he’s not pushy, not watching over you all the time, gives you breathing space to check everything yourself unlike most car salesman. I purchased the A5 Convertible and OMG I am over the moon with it. The quality of the car is absolutely gorgeous. The transaction was so smooth and I picked my car up two days later at a time that worked for me. I can not rate Buckingham any more stars than 5 on here but honestly if you are thinking of getting a used quality car then this is the place to go. I was looking at getting an Audi and called them up to check they still had it. Not only was Bill very nice on the phone but he also said he's prepare the car for me to view it and make it safe for me to test drive. I said can I reserve it which was £100. This was Friday. On Sunday I found out from my company that due to tax laws they are only allowing electric cars for us. I was gutted and called Bill around 7pm on Sunday night. Sure enough he told me not to worry about it and was lovely on the phone. He said 'he's been selling cars for 27 years and he's not worry because on Monday morning the office will call to refund my deposit money. 10am the next day I got a call from their finance department to ask me for my bank details for the refund. I was extremely happy with the service even though I didn't actually get a car! It's rarer and rarer in this day and age to come across sales people you feel like you actually trust and Bill is definitely one of those. He also checked in this evening via email to see if I got it ok. Amazingly friendly service from Bill and I would definitely buy a car from Buckingham when the time is right for me.

I had the pleasure of visiting this lovely dealership a couple of weeks ago. I had my first car for 9 years and finally took the plunge to change it. I dealt with Brad who was fantastic and explained everything in layman’s terms. I didn’t feel pressurised as you do with some sales people, I liked how laid back and friendly it all was. When I brought my car home I noticed slight damage to the plastic rim on the mirror. Which must have happened when it was being cleaned. We saw a car advertised on the web at Buckingham VW Audi while on holiday and as we would be driving near on the way home we popped in to have a look. Before we got to see the car we had come to view we saw a wonderful VW Golf Cabriolet with the perfect (for us) combination of interior specification and engine. After a short test drive and a very amenable negotiation we had a deal. We needed to collect the car very soon afterwards and Bill - the owner/manager, went out of his way to get it newly MOT'd and serviced ready for us. What was a great surprise was that although we had not noticed or asked for any additional work, Bill had fitted two new tyres, new disks and new brake pads. The workshop had noted during the service that the old ones were nearing the end of their service life. This is really excellent service. We had agreed to buy the car as we saw it but Buckingham VW Audi went the extra mile - they even repaired a small chip in the screen. The lady on the reception desk was very kind and helpful. It was refreshing to deal with a demonstrably honest and forthright dealer, interested in our satisfaction as well as his business needs. Well done Bill, we'd certainly look to buying from you again.

Buckingham was recommended to me by a friend and I will now be doing the same to any friends looking for cars. I was looking for a first car for my son to learn to drive in. I met Bradley who went over and above to make the experience enjoyable and he was clearly knowledgeable about the cars. He helped us find the perfect car, a Polo, for my son who was over the moon. The car was an excellent deal. I had been a bit concerned about buying a second hand car as there can always be issues. I needn't have worried - The Polo we bought was in excellent condition but there was a small issue that arose after about 1 month. Had 2 cars from the dealer, needed a spare key for my TT, tried 3 different locksmiths that have worked on many vw group cars, after hours of them all trying they couldnt get it to work, took it to the dealer i bought the car from which is Buckingham VW Audi, always nice to speak Billy when i go there, went to services and spoke to Alex, he sorted the car out with his team in 15 mins! others were saying it takes hours and Billy and Alex's team did in rapid time, they even had a anyoing speaker fualt cleared that i couldnt solve, im taking my car now for a cambelt and possibly a service because i dont belive ill get better service else where, i look forward to the exeptional work to be done.

I called on Friday afternoon to ask about a car I'd seen advertised on autotrader and found Bradley most helpful, knowledgeable and genuine so I visited the showroom the following morning. I had never bought a car from a garage before but after meeting Bradley and seeing the car in very good condition with a full service history at a reasonable price I realized that this place was a very good one to buy from. I recently purchased an Audi A 4 from this family run business, i initially saw this online but because of work and distance restrictions it wasn't that straight forward to see the car before I purchased it. I was in touch with Bill throughout who went out of his way to try and accommodate me. We bought an Audi A4 Cabriolet from here earlier in the year. We paid a deposit and they kept the car for a couple of weeks as there was some mechanical work required and parts needed to be ordered. When the day came to collect we had an unpleasant surprise, the front bumper had been hit and was cracked on both sides, where the fixings were so the bumper would just come off the main body of the car and was only held in place by the grille. This meant the bumper and most of the other main components including the large grille had to be replaced. However; the team at Buckinghams went out of their way to ensure my Wife was happy and even offered a full refund if we didn't approve the work done. The car looks better than it did with an upgraded grille and bumper and my wife loves the summer sun in her new Car. Special mention to Alex for going the extra mile and being so understanding. Also to the business owner who personally called us to make sure we were happy, that's service you don't often get in this day and age. Would definitely buy from them again.

It is rare I write reviews but I wanted to share my experiences with Buckingham Motors. I found the ideal car an 06 VW Touareg, low mileage and in very good condition. Test drove the car 2nd July 2017, possibly with the front grill falling off resulting in me driving over it I should have seen it as a bad omen of things to come. Undeterred I decided to go ahead with the deal after assurances another grill will be fitted and the vibration from the engine compartment to be investigated/rectified. Following weekend I pick up the car with grill and new engine mount fitted and head off down the A3 to Gosport. Get as far as Liphook service station, engine management light comes on "Diesel Particle Filter" (DPF). Phone Buckinghams and agree to continue home and return the car on Monday. Returned car to Woking and they drive me back to Gosport, I was to get to know the driver (Andy) quite well in the coming months. A brief account of events follows: 14 /7- Car returned to Gosport by Buckinghams with a cleaned DPF 18/7- Lost front grill again somewhere on the M27 19/7- Car collected from home returned a couple days later with brand new grill 6/8- Off to South Wales with a caravan in tow 10/8- Travel home got 10 miles, no drive or acceleration, max 50 Mph, not good with a caravan on the back, 10 hours later arrived home courtesy of 2 RAC recovery vehicles 11/8- Car back to Woking 1/9 - Car back with new DPF fitted 3/9- DPF & engine management warning lights come on 5/9- Back to Woking 9/9- informed that a new camshaft is required, then an intercooler, EGR valve, electronic acceleration unit and two new front wheel bearings It was at this time Buckingham Motors offered our money back in full, nearly tempted, but I had just paid for a tow bar to be fitted, not cheap. So on it went, finally they decided to send it to an engine specialist which resulted in a rebuild at a considerable cost to Buckingham Motors along with all previous parts that were fitted. If you haven't already given up reading this review by now I guess you are wondering why I have given them a 5 star rating. Well it is purely for the fact that Buckingham Motors honoured their customer and after sales promise of unequalled commitment to after sales care. I am certain they did not make any profit from this sale, they did not falter or quibble in their desire to solve the problem. I have had the car back now some 6 weeks with a 12 month engine warranty in place. I would like to thank all the staff at Buckingham Motors especially Alex in the service department and the proprietor for excellent customer care. A tad disappointed I never got an invitation to the works xmas party though!!!!

I have always trusted their advice and it has always paid off when eventually my 16 year old golf failed MOT we had to accept the time had come to replace. We wanted a golf a little bit 'sporty' and black (my wife's request) I remember the following day Bill sourced just what we wanted a black Tsi low mileage in our price range. We did the deal and I took out a three year warranty and just had to call on that a couple of times which the team at Buckingham sorted out the repairs at no cost to ourselves. I still have that now 10 year golf and it's serviced by them. Again I accept that I may need to ask Bill to source something newer but similar in the future and hope this is possible. I really want to stick with who I know and trust.

We bought a VW Tiguan from Billy of VW Audi Buckingham. My wife always wants a reverse camera. But the car only came with all-around parking sensors. Apparently adding a reverse camera in this car is not a straightforward job. Because the dashboard screen is already used to show the visual of the all-around parking sensors, how is it going to show the camera image? To that, Billy was very nice sourcing the right devices to ensure we benefit from both the camera and the all-around parking sensors. The new device, which reportedly can show the camera image and the sensor image on the same screen, is very expensive. To alleviate the cost, Billy bought the computer of the old sensor (which will be useless to us when the new is fitted) from us. That is very kind of him. We've driven the car for a week now. We are just waiting for the new camera to be delivered and fitted. Fingers crossed. Billy said many times that it's easy to sell cars. But it is hard to make sure customers are happy to refer new customers and come back to them when another car is needed. He told me all of the cars are fully checked and MOT'd before they are sold. I think what he does shows. Our Tiguan definitely looks and drives like new. Many of my neighbours have already come to see our new car, and some of them are going to see Billy soon.

Dealt with Dean, no waffle, straight up info. There was a couple of minor issues with the vehicle, one being a collision on the test drive , stationary, whilst leaving the dealership, with a cyclist who had her earphones in whilst looking at her phone and rode straight into the side of the car whilst using the footpath instead of the cycle lane adjacent to the footpath. Left black tyre marks all down the side of a pristine white audi! Dean sorted this out! You tell me if cyclists should have insurance for riding on public highways and pavements. The other issue, damaged cowling to the rear veiw mirror, replaced with no issues, couldn't fault them, my only gripe is that he wouldn't budge on the price! Your a hard man Dean! 😁 I will be back for my next car. Cheers. Dan
