Alex is absolutely fantastic. I’ve bought many cars from many dealers over the years, without doubt Alex is one of the most professional and helpful salespeople ever. I had a minor issue after I bought the car (one that Alex wouldn’t have known about) and he literally had it repaired next day. If you are looking for a car you simply must go to Crown and Alex first

I bought my used Honda Jazz here a few days ago & can't fault the service. In particular Alex, who went above & beyond to assist me after I'd missed out on a similar model. Alex sent me photos & information on the car prior to my viewing & ensured a few minor inperfections were sorted & it was serviced before collection. So far so good. I couldn't be happier & would highly recommend giving Crown automotive a call should you be in need of a good quality low mileage car with service history! A big thank you from me!

Purchased an 08 Honda Jazz here today and the customer service was simply excellent in every way! This was my first ever car purchase and I was dreading the experience and worrying about dodgy dealers and salesmen, but I was very quickly put at ease. I was allowed to take my time, slowly inspect the insides and out of the car, and was also even assisted during the test drive and given some driving tips and advice on how to manage the gear shifts (being a new driver; this was invaluable and really help put me at ease). Once the purchase was made I was given further assistance in sorting out the insurance and road tax documents. The service was exemplary and the car in great condition despite its age and mileage. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone, whether you're first time buyer or experienced driver. Even if I move, I would make the effort of travelling long distance just to buy from this dealer again. Thanks for the support!
