Could not recommend more highly!!! Rahim and his team (all genuinely nice and decent people) were not only fantastic with the sale of the family car we purchased from Kingston Cars 13, but also very reasonable and fair with the part exchange of my car. He has a great variety of vehicles on offer, in a large lot, so a great array of choice if you aren't sure what kind of car you want to go for. We purchased a Citroen Grand Picasso and could not be happier with it. I never at any point felt pressured to buy/part ex and that made the experience that much more pleasant for my husband and I. Whilst I was purchasing the car, checking it out and doing all the paperwork etc I somehow manage to misplace a necklace of huge sentimental value to me somewhere on the car lot. When I called Rahim and his team to tell him this, 2 days after I purchased the car, 3 of them spent nearly 2 hours combing the lot to see if we could find it with me. Sadly we did not. The next day I received a call from Rahim to let me know that they had found my necklace after continuing to look for it after I had left. I really could not believe how much time and effort they had all put into finding something, for a customer, especially when the sale had already been made. I know that they went to great lengths to find this for me and it really just goes to show what genuinely nice and good people they are - there was no gain for them to do this, they are just those kinds of people. I would 100% buy from them again!

Purchased an Audi A3 nearly new in and out with minimal wear and tear. Raheem- very Honest, helpful: with good advice, friendly, non pressured sale with honest advice. Mechanic was happy to answer question giving unbiased advice. Potential to be life of the car customers as they offer service and repairs also. Bought an ST3 a couple of weeks ago, (travelled for an hour to visit them) the chap I dealt with was friendly and not pushy, had it serviced a week later, it had only done 2k since its previous service a year before, (so probably didn’t need doing, but wanted to keep the schedule up). Everything in order mechanically, there were a couple of very minor bodywork marks I missed, but other than that Ford reported no issues, so very pleased, price was good, this did get reflected a bit in my trade in price which was lower than hoped, but just wanted an easy life, so all in all very happy, would go back again if they had a car I wanted.

Honestly cannot rate Kingston Cars 13 highly enough. Rahim is possibly the loveliest car dealer in the business! He gave me all the time in the world to look around the car, take it for a test drive, he explained any functions I didn’t understand. I had a fantastic experience with Kingston cars 13.Raham and his team are very helpful and good at what they do.The main issue when you buy a second hand car is you want the confidence that your purchase will be ok. Raham customer service is exceptional and he takes your questions seriously and puts you at ease.For example I had wanted to no if the cam belt had been changed and when.So he showed me the service book and he popped the bonnet up so I could look at the cam belt to get an idea how old it was. I was aloud to test drive on my own and get a real feel for the car.After the test drive they were not pushy in any way. To sum up I would definitely do business with them again. Rahim is fair and I had a fair deal at this garage. I was concerned on one item and Rahim met me at the garage at 0630 with the mechanic to go through the car in detail. This was greatly appreciated to suit my travel back to Scotland later that day. Rahim is transparent and is not pushing for a sale he wants you to be happy so that he isn't seeing you come back again. I would deal with this garage again.
