Gary at Mr Suds has been amazing. I initially enquired about getting my car detailed having not had much exposure/knowledge behind myself about it. He took me through the stages of what it took to detail a car and what the process was to take it from the point of where I brought it in to the end product - this was before a commitment to getting any work done. He explained the process in depth to allow me to get an understanding of the different types of work that could be done to my car to allow me to make an informed decision. I went for a 2 stage machine polish and 5 year ceramic coating. Gary had the car for 2 days whilst he completed the work. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed about how it was going through both messages and story posts on Instagram. He has a brilliant unit setup to enable him to chase perfection on the paint with the lighting that he has. This made the car when I got in there and then when it got out in the light look like a completely different car. The car had a 5 year ceramic coating applied everywhere, wheels, glass, paint and when coming to wash the car made it extremely easy to wash and maintain. After the detail was done Gary took me through the full safe wash process and details require to maintain and upkeep the coating and the job that he had done to best keep the car in a gleaming condition. This was critical for me as I had never been in a position before to need to know this so it was all new to me. He advised on products to use (all being ones he used) between different brands and the cheapest place to get them which was extremely helpful when coming to purchase everything. I cannot express how impressed I am with his knowledge and attention to detail with everything. This included my first maintenance wash after having the detail complete. I went back to Gary to get my first wash done as he offered to talk me through why we do what we do and how we do it. It was extremely informative to be able to watch him wash the car to learn for when I am up keeping the car myself! Including all of the exterior work, there was a full engine bay detail included and and full interior clean and detail as well, so when I picked the vehicle up it was better than it was from factory brand new! I HIGHLY recommend Mr Suds Valet and Detailing to anyone looking for this type of work being done to their car. His prices are amazing and the quality and time that goes into the work from having seen what other people do is second to none! Thank you Gary!
